The staff was inconsistent: they told me I could extend and then left me stranded with no where to go saying they were booked.
Nothing at all
The sheets were not clean and I had to change my own linen after requesting linen three times and given dirty linen which was full of hair each time and spotted I just purchased my own linen at that point and was never offered any compensation or change of rooms. The shower was backed up 🤦♀️
Very comfy large room and April was extremely accommodating
Friendly well located for a stopover to break up a trip. Very quiet room with a shower which is what I asked for.

Ice machine on the fourth floor was broke, coffee was cold and 2 pots were empty
It was quiet.
They ran out of clean bath towels so we had to use them thin beach towels. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The bacon was burnt bc it was overcooked, the grits were thick and cold although in a warmer, and the bagels were stale. The apple juice was watery and even the coffee was old, not fresh. Definitely could’ve done better, went to Waffle House that’s next door to them instead!!
Everything customer service, cleanliness, breakfast, and the beds was very comfortable. I will be returning to visit this location again.
