Apaisant et agréable
Pros:

Le cadre , l’emplacement. Le personnel très agréable, accueillant. On se sentaient comme à la maison . Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sentent bien . Comme dans une hacienda familiale au milieu de la jungle alors que nous sommes en plein centre .

A vrai dire, rien. Quand le personnel vous parle à peine, certains ne parlent pas l'anglais, aucun sourire de leur part. Les photos sur Booking sont trompeuses, elles datent de Mathusalem, en réalité, c'est une jungle sauvage ou l'on ne sait même pas passer tellement de la verdure qui va jusqu'au porte de votre chambre. Bonjour les moustiques. Des draps sales avec des tâches, un oreiller de déco rempli de poussière, un pdj médiocre et l'accueil, n'en parlons même pas. Et puis ce fameux parking gratuit qui ferme à 22h et auquel nous n'avons plus accès. Le clapet de la clim qui ne fonctionne pas. Le frigo n'était même pas branché à notre arrivé et quand on l'a branché, on se serait cru dans un garage tellement le bruit ressemblait à un moteur. J'ai toujours pris mes réservations sur Booking mais là, c'est la déception par excellence. En guise de serviette pour les mains ou visage, on recevait des tapis de bain. Effroyable.

La atención del personal, es muy cordial, el hotel tiene una ambientación bien caribeña que nos encantó, la habitación bien amplia, y la cama y almohadas excelentes

Se siente mucho ruido de los bares y Hostel de alrededor lo que complica un poco el descanso

Localização e quartos.

Cons:

Água do chuveiro fria, não tem elevador (há quartos no 3o andar, escadas horríveis), instalações antigas, porém paisagismo bonito. Tinha frigobar, porém sem tomada perto para ligar.

La ubicacion estaba cerca de la avenida principal a 3 cuadras.

Cons:

El baño no tiene una buena ventilacion (almenos en mi habitación), en el desayuno es tostadas con cafe y fruta con yogurt, deberia incluise huevos creo al menos. Tampoco fue agradable que nos cobraron un impuesto adicional a lo que estaba en la plataforma y lo PEOR es el tema del estacionamiento. Tienen pocos lugares y no garatizan que tengas un espacio de acuerdo a políticas del Hotel y al momento de la salida nuestro auto fue topado por alguno otro y el Hotel respondío que por políticas ellos no se hacen responsables por daños en el parqueo al vehículo.

O Hotel Hulku superou nossas expectativas em vários aspectos. A Angela do café da manhã merece destaque especial — atenciosa, simpática e com um serviço impecável todas as manhãs. A estrutura do hotel é muito bem cuidada, os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados, e a localização é excelente: a poucos minutos de tudo que Playa del Carmen tem a oferecer. Ótimo custo-benefício para quem quer uma estadia de qualidade sem pagar preços absurdos.

Cons:

Infelizmente, a portaria noturna deixou muito a desejar. Em uma ocasião ficamos esperando do lado de fora por aproximadamente uma hora sem que ninguém viesse nos atender — uma situação constrangedora e inaceitável para um hotel que se propõe a ter recepção 24 horas. Além disso, as toalhas disponibilizadas eram insuficientes para o número de hóspedes no quarto, sendo necessário solicitá-las repetidamente durante a estadia. São pontos que o hotel precisa corrigir para estar à altura da sua própria proposta.
