Catastrophique
Pros:

Nous n'avons rien aimé la bas a part la dame de la reception ainsi qu'un monsieur.
L'hôtel ne représente pas la réalité sur les photos. Chambre triste, tres peu de lumiere, salle de bain presque vétuste de la rouille dans le lavabo. Fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne sur le patio extérieur qui donne sur la rue musique a fond jusqu’a 3h du matin impossible de fermer l'œil pendant tout le séjour.
Aucune aide pour nos valises, pour monter au 3 ème étages.. pas d'ascenseur. L'hôtel ne représente absolument pas un 3 étoiles.

Cons:

La suite est encore plus catastrophique.. coupure d'électricité des notre premier réveil dans l'hôtel impossible de charger les téléphones, pas de connexion wifi nous n'avons pas pu Booker nos excursions. Petit déjeuners soit disant compris : yaourt, céréales, quelques fruits toujours les mêmes.. et un jus. Ne vous attendez a rien de plus. Toute est en supplément.. également les serviettes pour la piscine et la plage a 50 pesos la journee. Malgré le désagrément de l'électricité. Nous avons donc contacte booking pour fuir cet hôtel. Qui nous a laisser sans solution car l'hôtel ne répondait pas a leur messages. Le manageur de l'hôtel est un voleur !! Il a meme osé me dire en pleine face qu'il n'était pas le manageur pour ne pas avoir a gérer le problème. En résumé a FUIR !!!

Pros:

Parking très pratique, emplacement au calme mais pas loin de la folie du centre, on peut s y rendre à pied en 10 minutes
On a adoré les produits de toilettes au miel, literie confortable, très jolie végétations et le calme
La taille de la chambre etait bien pour 4 et nous avons aimé les assises presentes dans la chambre.
Le petit salon d extérieur

Es un sitio muy central y muy agradable para el alojamiento si quieres un buen lugar para tu estancia y cerca de todo te

El hotel muy bonito muy cómodo y muy económico, la gente muy amable y dispuesta, felicito a los trabajadores Feliciana y Omar excelentes personas y muy pendientes en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia

Un lindo hotel para conocer y pasear por quintana roo
Pros:

La Cordialidad del personal es un punto destacable. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Esta cerca de la quinta avenida, cerca de las dos terminales ADO a traves de las cuales podes ir a cualquier lado y es una zona que se puede andar tranquilamente.

Cons:

A una cuadra del hotel hay un bolichito que pone musica tan fuerte que a la noche suele incomodar para las personas que necesitan silencio total. Por otro lado la señal de wi-fi en la habitación no es del todo buena

Pros:

El personal atento.

Cons:

Indica que tiene parqueo, pero solo para 12 vehículos máximo, y tiene mas.de 100 habitaciones y si sale de tarde noche con el vehículo no queda espacio y debe ver donde lo deja. Al igual cuenta con 4 pisos y no tiene ascensor, por lo que tiene que subir y bajar maletas en gradas.
