Great place!
Pros:

We stayed here overnight and getting ready to leave. We looked for a hotel in a safer area of Albuquerque and this one came up a few times. We are extremely happy with this hotel. The staff is excellent. Had trouble with the TV turning on and the front desk lady was up here in no time and was very helpful and caring. Praylay runs a very fantastic breakfast room. The food was delicious and he's very kind and replaces items that have been taken almost immediately. No complaints about any of it. Our room is extremely clean and spacious enough for us. Two bedroom Queen, two chairs around the table which was big enough for the two of us and more if necessary. There is a luggage rack, microwave and little refrigerator. There are signs in the parking lot to make sure to take your valuables inside to be safe from theft. We had no issues at all. We left our bike on the back of the car rack and the back end was filled with our traveling items. Everything is fine this morning. No problems whatsoever. The hotel is very updated and very clean. Our room is 213 on the second floor, central back of the hotel, by the elevator and we heard absolutely no noise from the Interstate 25 or even inside the hotel. Extremely quiet. The air conditioner works great. No bugs and the bathroom is very clean. We will definitely stay here every year on our trip home.

Other than the pool issue it was nice. Room was very clean
Pros:

So comfy and staff was so nice!

Cons:

Pool room was hot and small. Teenagers were rough housing in the pool with small children. When I said something to staff nothing was done until someone else had to say something. The next night a new group of guys where doing the same thing. So it made it difficult for my kids to swim.
