Goods value for your money, better than expected from first glance.
Pros:

Pool table and foosball table can be rented for very reasonable prices in the reception hall. While the building is ugly and looks run down, looks are deceiving: you get a lot for your money: very central location, acceptable living space, a nice staff, cheap food and even reasonably priced vending machines, not at all the exorbitant amounts usually charged for minibar use.

Cons:

The building was a bit ugly. It seemed in need of renovation and wasn't perfectly clean, although still acceptance for my needs. Pretty narrow rooms, especially their entrance hallways where the bathroom doors are placed.

Great practical hotel.
Pros:

The location for the train station was to taste. Easy to walk into the town. Clean, hot showers comfy. Heat value for money.

Pros:

- Perfect position for all types of visitors, from student to workers but also tourists that want to visit the region.
- Clean coozy room and FREE extra cleaning service.
- Professional and friendly staff, available 24/7!!

- Personal experience: I was there for just 3 nights and I got to know Markus at the reception. He is the spirit of the place and gave me extra coffee cause he knew I was studying for an exam!

Die Lage, die Lobby, die Sauberkeit...

Cons:

Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und mehr Beleuchtung wäre ganz nett. Außerdem ist die Wartung der Aufzüge überfällig.
