Confirmed private room was overbooked and we were left stranded after midnight
Cons:

The hostel overbooked our confirmed private room during Formula 1 weekend, leaving three women stranded after midnight for hours while they failed to find alternative accommodation and eventually told me to start searching myself; we were ultimately given mixed-gender dorm beds despite having specifically booked and paid for a private room. Front desk staff told us that overbooking happens regularly, and although management acknowledged what happened, promised us a refund, and took our banking information to process it, we still have not received the refund.

Pros:

I had a really great experience at this hostel! I especially want to thank Taha at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming.

Pros:

Günstig, war okay.
Hatte alles was ich brauchte.
Es gab eine Gästeküche

Cons:

Es stand leider nicht auf der Website, das es die Gästeküche gibt.
Auch war, zumindest für mich, bei der Buchung die Zubuchung des Frühstücks nicht gut zu erkennen.

Pros:

Расположен рядом с вокзалом, очень любезный персонал, есть внутренний дворик, где можно покурить, чудесные цены, вентилятор в номере. Это отличное место для транзитного туризма! Да, и я видела таблички для инвалидных колясок, значит, там есть и подъемники. В целом, мы остались очень довольны и в следующий раз обязательно там остановимся.

Cons:

Слишком высоко установлен душ в номере ( я еле дотянулась, чтобы его снять) и слив в раковине был немного сломан, поэтому вода уходила медленно. Но всё это не критично.

Posizione vicino al centro, possibilità di parcheggio auto a 12 euro con prenotazione

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa, odoraccio della moquette nei corridoi, stanza x 4 invivibile, cattivo odore nei cuscini, rumore esterno x auto con finestre aperte ...senza alternativa visto che non ce aria condizionata. Insomma da tenere in considerazione come ultima spiaggia!!!

Ideal für Fahrradreisende als Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch familienfreundlich. Die Lage am Hbf ist optimal für Durchreisende und es gibt Restaurants/Bäcker etc. in der Umgebung. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder mit aufs Zimmer nehmen - diebstahlsicherer geht es nicht!

Cons:

Für vier Personen ist das Zimmer ausreichend, aber mit vier Fahrrädern zusätzlich sehr, sehr eng.

Good value but if you like to sleep, don’t bother.

Cons:

So insanely noisy right next to train station. Can’t believe they actually charged us for the room we were given for a 2 night stay… 2 nights of absolutely zero sleep due to crazy levels of noise.
