After booking, the entire amount of reservation will be charged.

For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to eat in the room. If guests are found to have eaten in the rooms they will be charged an extra EUR 150 per room.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the terrace. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot only. If guest do smoke in the room or on the terrace an extra fee will be charged of EUR 150.

Please note that check-in or check-out outside the regular hours is possible for at an additional fee of EUR 50. Check in after 19:30 is not possible

Pros:

A nossa estadia foi excepcional! As acomodações são muito confortáveis, espaçosas e silenciosas. A anfitriã nos tratou muito bem, nos dando dicas ótimas de onde ir a noite e sobre os próximos destinos de nossa viagem. O café da manhã é como de casa de mãe, sempre com muito cuidado com os hóspedes.

Heel erg genoten door de mooie kamer en fantastische zorgen!
Pros:

Prachtig onderhouden hotel met mooie, ruime kamers. Klein en gezellig.

Cons:

In de nabije omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen, maar wij kwamen voor de brouwerijen en dit hotel was een prima uitvalsbasis.

Delightful property made even better by a kind and welcoming host. Will be back!
Pros:

Beautiful property with lovely gardens and patio. Delightful host Sandi was charming and accommodating.
Breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

Would have liked opening windows as weather was warm although fans were provided:) Apparently the building has a heat recovery ventilation system explaining windows

Can't open the window it would be nice to have fresh air in the room. Also, I'm not so keen on a bathroom without a door!

Place to stay in Vleteren!
Pros:

Every detail was taken care of. Sandy could not have been a better host. I requested a 3pm check in as wanted to visit a local brewery before 6pm closing, and she made a dinner reservation at the pub next door. Breakfast was also great. Coffee excellent, fresh omelette and orange juice.
