Amazing Stay! 5 Stars!!!!
Pros:

I was amazingly surprised how much space my room had. Very clean! The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were amazing and perfectly soft. I felt safe and comfortable overall. I also like no one can go to any floors without a key card

As what I expected.

Everything was okay except for our experience during breakfast.
Pros:

Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't like how the staff in charge of breakfast was stirring at me and my spouse each day we came to get breakfast...I perceive she was stirring at us as if we were taking more than we needed..Meanwhile, our kids were still sleeping, so we came down and made sure we got for them. That was all we noticed each day we came. Pass the message to her. This is not a good sign.

Lovely, but lively.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, underground parking was a must. The bed was very comfy and the tub was fantastic.

Cons:

On our last day there, Sunday, at 3 am we were awoken by a very loud group of people who kept shouting, yelling, talking extremely loudly, the TV was blaring. It was god awful to the point where other guests in the 6th floor actually went and banged on their door for them to be quiet. It didnt work and so I had called down to the front desk with a noise complaint. I believe on the second time front desk came up, which was now closer to 4am than it was to 330am (as it was apparent that the group of individuals didn't care to be quiet) something finally happened and it was a bit quieter. I was still up until 430am because I couldn't get back to sleep and other guests were still watching the TV a bit loudly but not nearly as bad as the whole group.
I want to commend the staff member who took my call and had to deal with all of whatever was going on during the hour and a half it took for the floor to finally become quiet again.

We appreciated our stay at the hotel and one fellow was very helpful. I think he was an indigenous

Cons:

We should have asked the front for firmness pillows. Our pillows were too soft.
