Pros:

The breakfast was perfect, we loved the pancakes
The staff were outstanding, in particular Quinn. He went out of his way to make sure we got tickets to the ice hockey and we knew how to get to the ice hockey dome. A quality employee

Cons:

The tea selection could have been better, there was too much caffeine free tea and not enough English Breakfast tea

Pros:

I liked how light and airy the hotel was and the room was comfortable and the beds and pillows were great. The breakfast had a nice selection and my son enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The remote control in the hotel room was a little grubby and sticky and the tv wouldn’t connect. We didn’t spend enough time in the room to need the tv though
