Amazing staff and facilities
Pros:

Staff were incredible! We are so grateful for the exceptional standard of service and support that all the staff gave during our stay. The staff made an incredible effort to help with speaking English, we did not expect this from them and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk extended our rental car booking for us over the phone, something we could not do due to the language barrier. Priceless sunset photos during dinner. Thank you Cypress Resort, we will be back if we can get there in the coming years.

Pros:

スタッフの皆さん、とても気さくに親切な対応をして頂いて、初めてのホテルを楽しく快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

2階の大浴場を出た廊下の冷房がもう少し効いていると快適感100点満点です。

Pros:

Location was excellent, but the beach was pretty dirty and run down with lots of garbage all over.

Pool was great, and the kids really enjoyed it.

Cons:

beach was littered with garbage, if the beach was raked it would have made the beach much cleaner and nicer looking.

満足
Pros:

静かでのんびり出来た。
朝食のバリエーションが多くて美味しかった。朝スパークリングの飲み放題も良かった。大浴場が気持ちよかったです。
ビーチに行く際、バスタオル100円でレンタル出来たのは有り難かった。

Cons:

ホテルが古い感じ。

静かで最果て感あり
Pros:

スタッフの方々が最適な距離感でとても親切にしてくださいました。ロビーから目の前のプールとその先のビーチまでスムーズに行き来ができ、中と外の空間が連続して繋がっている感じがとても心地よかったです。

Cons:

目の前のビーチは岩場でカラフルな魚も見当たらず、遊ぶにはあまり適していないように感じました。ただし、くつろいで散歩を楽しむには最高です。ラウンジのオープン時間が短い、食事が予約制であるなど、気をつけないと食いっぱぐれの危険ありです。

Pros:

朝食も派手さは無いが、質、量共に十分シニアには丁度いい。
大浴場がいい。

Cons:

ロケーションはとても良いが、島内の移動を考えるとタクシーかレンタカーが必須。今回、レンタカーではなくタクシー移動だったが、なかなか捕まらない上、ホテル側の協力がないことが大変でした
