good and centrally located
Pros:

The location is ideal and very central. There is a large parking garage about 200 meters away that is very easy to access, even with luggage. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

Gezellig hotel op loopafstand van de Markt
Pros:

Ruime en schone kamer (kamer 5). Heerlijk bed. Ruime en schone badkamer. 2 grote ramen die helemaal open konden.
Hotel is op max. 10 lopen van de Markt, maar in rustig straatje.
Parkeergarage (schoon en ruime plekken) tegenover het hotel: parkeerkosten zeer acceptabel.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Ontbijt was prima; niet overdadig, maar compleet

Cons:

Het enige wat beter kon was een iets dikker hoofdkussen.

Personnel agréable et très bon emplacement, au coeur de Bruges

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, assez pauvre et peu diversifié (peu de viennoiseries, quelques yaourts, peu de salé...) alors qu'il est facturé 15 € par personne.

Had an ok experience in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location is very good at the start and in-between the 2 main pedestrian roads leading to the main square. The building of the hotel is very beautiful and picturesque. The staff is very polite and friendly

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I think the pillows need replacing as they no longer provide any support. The room was nice but it can get noisy. From 6AM to 8AM we were hearing loud irregular bangs coming from the attic or rooms next door which kept us awake.
