Great area and clean rooms but you’ll have to put up with rude staff and terrible construction.
Pros:

Clean restaurant, hallways, and rooms.

Cons:

Rude and inconsiderate staff taking loud outside our room was early in the morning. Or playing their radio as they cleaned or did their work. There is construction happening on the 4th floor and we could hear the loud banging all day on the 6th floor. A hotel staff tried scamming us into a Tequila town tour by calling and calling our room and wanted to charge us way more for the tour. He wanted to charge us $850 pesos when we said the street tour people charged us $650 pesos he then ignored us in tte lobby. Asking for extra toilet paper or anything was like we were asking for something valuable. One star told us we couldn’t only get only one toilet paper. We didn’t trust staff to clean or enter the room so in the 11 days we just had our room 1 time and took our belonging. The construction noise and rude/inconsiderate staff was the reason we will not stay here again.

La ubicación 10/10
Las habitaciones muy buenas y cuentan con clima, limpias y un poco confusas las habitaciones pero bien.

Cons:

La atención del personal, era de que saludaba y decía buenos días o buenas tardes, y no contestaban, pequeños detalles.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la catedral. Personal muy atento y amable. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante que sirve comida rica a buen precio. El cuarto era espacioso.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas. La ubicación de la habitación frente a la calle era un poco bulliciosa por el ruido exterior.
