Great hotel in a beautiful city
Pros:

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Toplocatie, zeer centraal voor centrum, en OV. Het ontbijt was pas vanaf 8 uur ivm pasen. Gelukkig hadden ze een ontbijtpakket service, dat was fijn.

Cons:

Er komt een hoop herrie van binnenin het hotel. Zeer gehorig! Dichtslaande deuren en luid pratende mensen tot diep in de nacht. De naam van het hotel doet vermoeden dat je gebruik mag maken van de wellness/zwembad. Dit kan alleen tegen bijbetaling, dat viel tegen gezien de prijs van het hotel.

Irreführende bzw. unvollständige Information zur Poolnutzung
Bei der Buchung sowie in der Darstellung des Hotels wurde der Eindruck vermittelt, dass der Pool für Hotelgäste kostenlos nutzbar sei. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die kostenlose Nutzung nur zwischen 08:00 und 09:30 Uhr morgens möglich ist und außerhalb dieses Zeitfensters ein kostenpflichtiger Wellness-Tarif erworben werden muss. Eine derart wesentliche Einschränkung wurde nach meiner Wahrnehmung im Buchungsprozess nicht klar und transparent kommuniziert.
Dies stellt aus meiner Sicht eine irreführende bzw. zumindest unvollständige Information über ein wesentliches Leistungsmerkmal des Aufenthalts dar. Hätte ich diese Einschränkung im Voraus gekannt, hätte ich die Buchung in dieser Form nicht vorgenommen.
Massive nächtliche Störung durch Fehlalarm und erhebliche Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe
Gegen ca. 22:00 Uhr wurde im gesamten Hotel ein Alarm ausgelöst. Über die Lautsprecher wurden alle Gäste aufgefordert, ihre Zimmer unverzüglich zu verlassen, das Gebäude über die Notfalltreppen zu räumen und die Aufzüge keinesfalls zu benutzen.
Meine Ehepartnerin und ich befanden uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits im Bett. Durch den Alarm und die Lautsprecherdurchsage wurden wir in einen erheblichen Panik- und Stresszustand versetzt. Unser Herzschlag stieg stark an, wir mussten uns in großer Eile anziehen, notwendige persönliche Gegenstände zusammennehmen und das Zimmer verlassen. Da sich unser Zimmer im 10. Stock befand, begannen wir, das Gebäude über das Treppenhaus zu verlassen und mehrere Stockwerke zu Fuß hinabzugehen. Erst nachdem wir bereits zahlreiche Etagen abgestiegen waren, wurde uns von Hotelmitarbeitern im Treppenhaus mitgeteilt, dass es sich um einen Fehlalarm handele und keinerlei Gefahr bestehe.
Diese Situation war für uns äußerst belastend. Insbesondere ich war danach nicht mehr in der Lage, in dieser Nacht zur Ruhe zu kommen oder erholsam zu schlafen. Mein Schlaf sowie mein gesundheitliches

pues que nos hicieron salir a las 3 de la maña por falsa alarma creo, y nadie dio una explicacion, en la habitacion faltaron cobijas y pedi un calefactor que no ayudo casi nada

Very happy with hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The location was perfect, right next to the bus and train station. Also a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t eat there at any other time as we were usually out.

Cons:

Hot breakfast selection. We did get there quite late so the overall selection wasn’t great.
