Overall - will absolutely revisit.
Pros:

Location excellent
Bed & comfort excellent
Staff very helpful

Cons:

That the family room wasn’t really a family one. I booked a second room for my teenage son. That and the sofa bed wasn’t even made up on our late arrival.
Towel thin and could do with replacing. Breakfast poor value for money.

Staff was nice, place was clean

Cons:

No wardrobe in the room, very inconvenient. Just some hangers and a shelf.
No fridge/minibar, so you cannot store anything that need to stay cold.

De gratis upgrade en de wellness waar je vanuit je hotelkamer in je badjas naartoe kan. Ook fijn dat het middenin het centrum is, maar geen last van lawaai

Cons:

De douchekraan kregen we vrijwel niet open en dit is een bekend probleem blijkbaar. Ik kreeg m echt niet open. Verder verwacht ik op n superieur room echte glazen en geen papieren bekertjes en ook geen enkellaags grijs wc papier😊

Terrible stay

The room quality was poor (sheets were stained) walls were thin, hallways dim, no security to prevent public from entering guest room floors, and you can only use the pool between 8-9:30 AM and after that you must be nude! We chose this place because it looked like the pool would be available for our child to use, but it turned out she could only use it over this time period. This information needs to be very clear on the listing, and not buried in the details of the hotel. Extremely disappointing and absolutely infuriating especially when you’ve been traveling for 14+ hours and your child wants to swim because you told them that they could when they get to the hotel!

Locatie was perfect ! aan station Leiden, makkelijk parkeren

Cons:

Kamer was intens warm en niet koud te krijgen (26 graden!!), Kluis piepte (is verholpen), zwembad alleen van 8-9.30 voor gasten als je niet naakt wilt., dineren duurde enorm lang, enorm slechte bediening(wel aardig), Ontbijt tafels vies, niet schoon, en vond ontbitj niet heel uitgebreid, 4 personen, 2 kamers, veel geld. maar vond het het niet waard

Pros:

Een prachtige locatie met goede parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt was voldoende.

Cons:

Om te beginnen een slecht bed en een niet al te schone kamer. Daarnaast viel de welness ook tegen, vooral de hygiëne en de houding van het aanwezige publiek. Erg luidruchtig.
Daarnaast zou ik het oog wel een goed idee gevonden hebben om een all-in prijs te noemen via booking.com. Nu had ik de welness apart geboekt en was ik (zelfs met social deal) nog duurder uit.

Heel goed hotel op Perfecte locatie
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Het hotel prachtig nieuw en schoon. Het restaurant is heel mooi. Heerlijk gebak en mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid en lekker en netjes. Zeker aanrader!

Cons:

Het diner in het reataurant was echt niet bijzonder. Voorgerecht prima. Hoofdgerecht een zes.
Het is best wel duur allemaal hotel en eten..
