Pros:

La tempête de vent et pluie n'ont eu aucune importance pour rejoindre Fletcher Wellness Hotel de Leiden, car en sortant de la gare centrale, c'est à 50m à gauche, du côté de l'université médicale. Les 10e, 11e et 12e étages offrent une vue des deux côtés de la ville. Même sous la pluie, c'est intéressant. Les puits de lumière permettent de voir l'organisation de l'immeuble, piscine en haut, ehpad ou centre de rééducation à mi hauteur, un labyrinthe d'ascenseurs...
Le restaurant du 12e, le Twelve permet de passer un bon moment confortable et agréable au chaud et au sec, évitant pluie et tempête du soir pour rechercher un restaurant. Le service est efficace, courtois et prévenant.

Decent stay
Pros:

Perfect in aspect of location, just next to the train station and also old town of Leiden. Pretty decent place for short stay but really could be better. Also if you plan to use swimming pool please pay attention that it’s for nudists maybe in Netherlands it’s normal but it was very strange to get in to such place

Cons:

The rooms are really small, some to inside the building so you can’t even get fresh air. The biggest nonsense is the toilet in the room, I understand that they are saving place but a least door should be sealed somehow no it’s only sliding doors with gaps all around

Locatie en uitzicht

Cons:

- Het personeel was soms niet fris gekleed.
- Omdat de douchedeur niet tot op de grond dicht kan, staat de badkamer en wc bij gebruik van de handdouche snel onder water.
- De prijs voor bepaalde gerechten in restaurant Twelve is erg hoog voor de kleine hoeveelheid voedsel/drank en we konden om 21:45 uur geen koffie meer krijgen.
- Het hotel is groot en modern, maar
daardoor nogal onpersoonlijk en het heen en weer moeten met de lift om bij de receptie te komen is niet praktisch
- De aanvulling bij het ontbijtbuffet werd niet automatisch uitgevoerd : we hebben elke ochtend (3x) om yogurt moeten vragen
