Important information:

Please note that the hotel restaurant operates for breakfast and dinner from Monday to Saturday until 22:00. On Sundays it does not offer dinner.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Cuiabá é uma cidade que vale a pena voltar!!!

os funcionários muito prestativos. Fez a diferença. Destaco o funcionário Pedro da recepção.

Cons:

O quarto era bom, mas porta do banheiro esta com defeito. Parece que molhou e estava lascada. o vidro do Box não via uma bucha há muito tempo...
Senti muita falta de informação sobre a cidade: espaços turísticos e locais para uma boa refeição.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. Quarto confortável, espaçoso, banheiro muito bom. Limparam o quarto todos os dias. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com várias opções. Hotel nota 10.

Pros:

Breakfast was the only thing realy good. Easy access to parking. Good shower and ar conditioning.

Cons:

Bad cleaning of the top of wardrobe. Toilet top loose and broken bin. Mainroom lights had 2 broken wich shows bad maintenence of the rooms. Far from a 4 stars hotel.. more like 2 to 3 stars.

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Excelente localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto bem organizado.

Cons:

O chuveiro quase não sai água quente (o que em Cuiabá não é um problema tão grande rsrs). Frigobar com cheirinho de mofo.
