Pros:

Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent.
Ils travaillent avec un guide très professionnel qui propose plusieurs excursions. Nous avons passé 2 jours dans le Pantanal avec lui. L'organisation était au top, il a pris le temps de rechercher les animaux. Nous avons sauvé une tortue d'une mort certaine, donné des poissons à des loutres, caressé un crocodile, vu énormément d'oiseaux et surtout nous avons eu la chance de voir plusieurs guépards !
Je recommande vivement à la fois l'hôtel et le guide 😀

Pros:

Boa localização. Tem uma farmácia e dois restaurantes praticamente ao lado. Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente atenciosos.

Cons:

Meu quarto nao tinha ducha e nem box no banheiro. Elevador faz um barulho apitando, isso incomodava bastante de noite. Meu quarto também recebia muito barulho externo.

Funcionários educados, solícitos. Cafe da manhã completo. Quarto limpo.

Cons:

Achei as instalações um pouco velhas (a janela, por ex, muito enferrujada). Perto de uma escola que todo dia cantam o hino as 7h, o que pode acordar os hospedes. Wifi um pouco lento.
