Ótima localização custo benefício ótimo principalmente se vc estiver a trabalho pois fica perto de tudo...quartos espaçosos silenciosos cama e roupa de cama excelente banheiro onesto mais extremamente limpo...

Cons:

Se vc nao precisa sair de a pé a noite nao terá problemas pois o lugar tem moradores de rua e usuário que pode incomodar...mais se estiver de veículo e um ótimo lugar
