Great Hotel, Great Starf and Perfect location
Pros:

Loved the hotel, really nice and cozy in the middle of Rome. Location is perfect. They also serve coffee and bakeries for free aside from the breakfast which I believe is a good gesture. Staff is amazing, special thanks to Simona, she was super helpful and very welcoming and helped us with everything in our stay. I would definitely go back again

Very disappointing experience. The room was dusty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and was not clean at all. We arrived late at night and immediately felt uncomfortable staying there. Because of the poor conditions, we decided to leave the next morning.

Despite barely staying overnight, the hotel refused to refund our money, which felt very unfair. On top of that, the service was unhelpful and unfriendly.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

החדר לא היה נקי ואפילו הרגיש שמישהו שהה בו לפני שהגענו.
אין נגישות. המון מדרגות כדי להגיע ללובי ולכניסת המלון. אך פקיד הקבלה עזר לנו להרים את המזוודות אחרי שביקשנו ממנו.
בחרנו בסוויטה אך היא לא הייתה שווה את המחיר שלה. התמונות באתר לא מתאימות למציאות.

Un addetto alla reception, scortesissimo, alla ns richiesta di una sedia in camera, ci ha detto di andare a prenderla. La colazione compresa nel prezzo consiste solo nella fruizione di una macchinetta del caffè e qualche biscotto in una triste stanza con 2 tavolini. Spazi in comune molto angusti.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to all the major sights in Rome – we were able to walk everywhere. The room was spotless, quiet, and located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The 24-hour coffee corner was also a lovely surprise – perfect for a coffee at any time of day.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

He was a Filipino man who assisted us during check-out, and his attitude was extremely disrespectful. He seemed annoyed by our luggage and was openly rude. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and might make us reconsider staying at the hotel again.
