great location with brilliant staff
Pros:

The staff were always available and friendly, including the cleaning staff, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

To start with, the floor could have been cleaner; there was a lot of dust, but that was sorted out over the next few days. The entrance has some tricky steps, which isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues, especially after hours of walking around Rome (this is a very personal opinion, as I have physical problems)

Eu amei tudo. Simplesmente impecável . Recepcao maravilhosa. Quartos limpos e com tudo que precisava. Só não tive a oportunidade de tomar o cafe da manhã.
