Pros:

Location and comfy beds

Cons:

Poor organisation (room not being correct, random housekeeping/ no housekeeping). Multiple errors were made with our room and the way it was dealt with was poor, and received a free breakfast as compensation (a croissant and orange juice) , which we didn’t want anyway.

A few staff (not all) weren’t whiling to help and made you feel like a constant inconvenience, especially a young lady receptionist. Was met with rolled eyes or completely ignored after saying hello and met with no eye contact.

Cons:

The elevator was almost always out of order. There were no coffee capsules in the room, and when they were finally provided, the coffee machine did not work. The faucet was leaking, and the coffee machine at the coffee station in the lobby was also broken.

When we asked about this at reception, we were told that the hotel is not obligated to provide coffee to guests and therefore is not responsible for this issue.

We asked to speak with the hotel manager, but throughout our entire stay, he was not available to speak with us. Even when we left the hotel, we asked that he call us, but this still has not happened.

We have stopped waiting.

Great hotel in Rome!
Pros:

The staff of the hotel is incredible, they are always willing to help you. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere. They have croissants, cookies, tea and coffee for free which was a great addition to our stay!

Cons:

We stayed in a family room and one of the beds was like a camp bed, you could feel the tubes and it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely thin but we asked the staff if they could provide another one and they took care of it immediately.

הכניסה למלון עם המון מדרגות. חבל שלא מציינים את זה באתר. מלון לא נגיש בכלל! פשוט נורא לעלות את המזוודות עד למעלה

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, jedoch gab es eine Kaffee Maschine im Aufenthaltsraum, diese durften alle frei nutzen. Kostenlose Getränke und auch Gebäck am Morgen waren kostenlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Rom zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Wirklich alles ist fussläufig. Die Lage war perfekt, vor allem auch wenn man gerne einkaufen möchte. Sehr schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich war zum dritten Mal in Rom und das war die beste Unterkunft. Immer wieder gerne!

מלון בוטיק שקט, מפנק ומרגיש ביתי, עם חצר פנימית מתוקה לקפה של הבוקר. מכונת קפת וקוראסונים מ7:00-22:00 חופשי
צוות סופר נחמד, נכון לסייע בכל מה שצריך ועם המלצות טובות למסעדות ואטרקציות אחרות. משיחה עם הצוות התברר לי שהבעלים של המלון יהודי כך שישראלים מתקבלים בברכה. מזגן מ צ ו י י ן !!!!

Cons:

שום דבר. רק יש לשים לב שהמלון לא מונגש ויש לעלות כ10-12 מדרגות מקומת הרחוב עד למעלית - אבל הצוות עוזר עם המזוודות.
