Cons:

اليفت واحد ولا يسع الا شخص واحد وحقيبه. ومدخل الاوتيل درج ضيق صعوبه في شيل الشنط والطلوع فيها الاسقبال في الدور الاول متعب جدا وليس لديهم موظفين للمساعده

Would recommend!
Pros:

Super location for shopping, restaurants, easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. on a quiet street.
Excellent air conditioning made the lobby and room very comfortable during a heatwave.

Cons:

Very noisy in the corridors - woken up frequently by other guests and housekeeper.

No fue lo que esperaba
Pros:

Estuve varias veces en otro hotel del grupo Naman que me gustó mucho y quería probar este hotel. La ubicación está muy bien a pocos metros de via del Corso y a 4 minutos a pie de piazza España. Para ingresar al hotel hay que subir por escaleras hasta el primer piso, cosas que si uno llega con mucho equipaje es complicado, luego ya una vez en recepción cuenta con ascensor. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Si bien no tiene servicio de desayuno, cuenta con un coffe station para poder servirse café, limonada y pasticeria sin cargo.

Cons:

A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, se ven un poco descuidadas, maltratadas las pareces y también necesitan mejorar la limpieza. Las almohadas estaban muy gastadas por lo que no son muy cómodas y el colchón estaba hundido en el centro. La verdad no se si volvería a este hotel, habiéndome ya hospedado en otro hotel del mismo grupo que resultó mucho mejor y está al mismo precio.

El hotel en lineas generales esta bien. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse caminando para todos lados lo cual suma muchísimo. Por otro lado, no sirven desayuno pero te brindan cafe gratis, y tambien croassaint. Lo cual, practicamente te resuelve el desayuno sin gastar de más.

Cons:

Tiene muy poca luz, estaría bueno que sumen algo. El late check out te lo cobran como una noche más (Nosotros particularmente lo contratamos y la habitación nos la dieron más tarde de lo que dejamos la otra. Hubiese estado bueno que nos hagan algún descuento u algo)

good vibes, great location and wonderful people
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of four – two adults and two teenagers – in two rooms, and had a great stay.

It’s a small, charming hotel with really good vibes and a perfect central location. From the moment we booked, communication with the staff was easy and friendly.

We arrived very early in the morning and Simona gave us such a warm welcome. They even managed to get one of our two rooms ready early, which we really appreciated.

The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the cozy common area with complimentary coffee and cookies throughout the day.

We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Great location, good vibes and wonderful people. Highly recommended!
