Ein Münchenerlebnis mit kultigem Flair
Pros:

Schönes Jugendstil Zimmer mit Erkerfenstern zum Herzogpark. 5 Min U Bahnstation Mac Weber- Platz Schöne Nachbarhäuser , ruhige Gegend Hübsch im Jugendstil ausgestattetes Frühstückszimmer , Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Kein Aufzug, wir hatten aberit unserem Zimmer im ersten Stock kein Problem mit den Treppen.

Pros:

ein Hotel in bester Lage zum Maximilianeum oder zu den Kliniken Rechts der Isar. Alter Gründerzeitbau. Das Ambiente erinnerte mich an die alten Hotels in Paris mit ihrem morbiden Charme. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Bar, tolles Essen und Frühstück. Nichts für Schickimickis, die auf Stahl-Glas-Lounge-Ambiente stehen. Einzig Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sollten vorsichtig sein, da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist.

Es bis auf das Park- und Münzenproblem in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage des Hotels. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV.

Cons:

Parkprobleme vor Ort, hier müsste es die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, das man über das Hotel Parktickets bekommt bzw. das Hotel müsste über Klöeingeld verfügen, damit die Parkgebühr bezahlt werden kann. Leider ist die Bezahlung am Parkautomat nur mit Bargeld in Form von Münzen möglich. Es wäre auch noch gut wenn man bei der Buchung expliziert auf Bargeld in Münzenform in Höhe von 11,00 € als Tagesgebühr hingewiesen werden würden, damit man die entsprechend Anzahl auf dabei hat.

Perfekt gelegen, um mit der U-Bahn um die Ecke in 3 Stationen im Zentrum zu sein. Direkt vor der Haustür
Park und Isar zu Erholen. Das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Cons:

Ein fehlender Wasserkocher wurde auf Nchfrage sofort bereitgestellt.

Die Lage war für uns super.
Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt an der Straße davor.

Lage ist gut, das Frühstück auch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu klein, die Nachttischlampe unpraktisch. Die Kleenexbox war leer, ein Lappen o.ä. lag in der Toilette. Ein Bettbezug war ver-
schmiert, haben wir selber entfernt, da zu spät am Abend um zu reklamieren. Wenn mehr als eine Steckdose benötigt wird, ist es ein Problem, da bereits nach der 1. Steckdose keine mehr vorhanden ist. Ein USB Anschluss fehlt auch - sollte in der heutigen Zeit auch vorhanden sein.

Eigentlich wollten wir im Juni 2026 wieder anreisen, aber die Preiserhöhung ist eindeutig zu hoch, also wird woanders eingecheckt.
