Atendimento café da manhã. Sermos abordados para saber número de nosso quarto, durante café da manhã. Termos nossos pratos recolhidos enquanto um de nós ainda estava se alimentando. Não estava nem próximo ao horário de encerramento do café.

Ótima localização, no centro da cidade praticamente, quarto estava limpo, o banheiro impecável e cheiroso. O ambiente era lindo e agradável. O café da manhã, ótimo. Um estacionamento bem grande e seguro. Os colaboradores, cordiais e prestativos."

Cons:

Gostaria de relatar uma situação desconfortável que vivenciamos durante o processo de check-in, por volta das 9:00. Ao chegarmos na recepção, percebemos que havia duas pessoas aparentemente em treinamento, e a pessoa que estava treinando elas foi bastante constrangedora. Um dos atendentes se dirigiu à colega com palavras inadequadas, dizendo algo como: "Você é burra? Já te expliquei, parece que é sonsa." Isso deixou a funcionária visivelmente sem graça, e nós, como hóspedes, também nos sentimos extremamente desconfortáveis com o ambiente.

Como o check-in só era permitido após as 11:00, retornamos mais tarde e, a partir daí, o atendimento foi tranquilo. No entanto, a equipe ainda parecia abalada com a situação anterior, o que comprometeu a experiência de chegada.

Além disso, tivemos dois episódios de queda de energia em nosso quarto, que duraram cerca de 40 minutos ao todo.

Deixamos esse registro com o intuito de colaborar para a melhoria do atendimento e do ambiente interno entre os colaboradores. Acreditamos que respeito e preparo são essenciais para uma boa recepção.

Achei pouca iluminação no quarto, ainda mais que levei o notebook para trabalhar. Chuveiro estava com os buraquinhos entupidos por falta de limpeza, eu esfreguei uma bucha e ficou bom daí
