Aloft hotel - pobre experiencia
Pros:

Buena ubicación para lo que necesitaba

Cons:

Personal displicente, instalaciones no son agradables, desayuno muy pobre y comedor no tan limpio, room service es prepago. No volvería y no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Excelente atención del personal. Desde el concierge, pasando por el personal de limpieza, y los técnicos que atienden fallas en el funcionamiento de equipos en la habitación, todos tienen la mejor disposición para resolver situaciones inesperadas.

Cons:

Olor de las habitaciones y el lobby, deterioro de las instalaciones, falta de mantenimiento de los aires acondicionados, personal de limpieza no entrenado correctamente para limpieza de habitaciones, área del comedor y desayuno no muy agradable.

El TV no es S-Mart, y no tienen suficientes canales para ver televisión, el baño no tiene manguera en el área del inodoro, de resto todo bien, pero más que nada las TV deberían poner smarts o más canales para tener opciones.
