La u ubicación es instalaciones estuvieron muy bien

Cons:

Al hacer check out me cobraron 55 dólares que según ellos NO faltaron cuando pagué todo lo que ellos me indicaron al llegar. Las sabanas no estaban limpias al llegar, tuvimos que solicitar cambio de las mismas

Buena ubicación para lo que necesitaba

Cons:

Personal displicente, instalaciones no son agradables, desayuno muy pobre y comedor no tan limpio, room service es prepago. No volvería y no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Excelente atención del personal. Desde el concierge, pasando por el personal de limpieza, y los técnicos que atienden fallas en el funcionamiento de equipos en la habitación, todos tienen la mejor disposición para resolver situaciones inesperadas.

Cons:

Olor de las habitaciones y el lobby, deterioro de las instalaciones, falta de mantenimiento de los aires acondicionados, personal de limpieza no entrenado correctamente para limpieza de habitaciones, área del comedor y desayuno no muy agradable.
