I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always reliable and well-priced. Rooms, are comfortable, clean, and functional. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Most rooms have wall-attached fans to keep things nice and cool. Everything in the rooms works well and there is a fridge plus teas and coffees. Some of the single room bookings also have double beds, which is a bonus comfort.
I’ve had nothing to complain about on my few visits here.

No sleep due to people on the floor above us walking around their room all night long and was so loud simply walking around woke us up!!!!

Found a used condom packet and tissue in my room… for a previous stay… not mine… window didn’t close properly, loud road noise
The place was cosy and clean. The managers are friendly and willing to support. I enjoyed my stay and got value for money, and the location is superb.

Was in the basement property freaked me out a bit but definitely just personal choice
I was badly bitten by bed bugs in this hotel. My arms are covered in large, painful blisters, and some of the bites are so severe that clear fluid is leaking from the wounds. This was an extremely unpleasant and distressing experience. I strongly recommend that the hotel investigate this issue and take immediate action to ensure that no other guests are affected.
The room not the same in the picture even the hotel not the same they wrote paper and sapphire hotel room 7 doors after even my room was in sixth floor without left and they changed me £90 room not worth £30
