The pictures showed one thing, but in reality, it wasn't a hotel at all.
It was a filthy apartment with a crumbling carpet, no air conditioning in the London heat, and a dirty bathroom and toilet.

everything. its a bad place. we left immediately and the place is refusing to give us our money back.
Good location with busses and tube within easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good with nice hot water.

There is no lift, be prepared to climb the stairs. In my room the TV was stuck on one channel, and the remote didn't work.

In the heatwave the room was without air condition. The windows had to be open, so it was noisy, dusty and humid. It was a basement room in front of the building without a lift.
Staff seemed friendly. Both people needed ID. At first it seemed okay...until we got a better look at our room. Pictures are how we found the room

Fairly central locationa and accessible.
I liked that I was close to shops that I needed.
That there was no breakfast included, although it states that there is breakfast.
Cheap and very affordable rooms
Other than a broken shower head and unknown location of the remote everything was sweet
The only good thing about the property was the receptionist, he was very helpful and understanding.
The rooms looks awful bedding smells horrible, carpet filthy, first room unsuitable for human use, the level of damp I just don’t understand how they are allowed to use for tenant where are the environmental health in the local authority!!
Close to Apollo theatre, friendly staff.
