Good value accommodation between Shepherd's Bush Green and Hammersmith
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, and the en suite bathroom was good.

Cons:

The room was a little cramped and there was nowhere to hang the clothes up.

Would happily recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at the Sapphire Hotel on three separate occasions, and I have been very happy with the property on each occasion. Frankly, it feels like a home away from home, the staff have always been very friendly and management have always been accommodating.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. While I appreciate that it may not be the ‘centre of London’ for tourists, it is perfectly located for anyone who isn’t put off from a 10-20 min taxi/tube trip.

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Ausstattung insgesamt gut und wie angegeben.

Cons:

Ein vorheriger Gast hat wohl im Badezimmer geraucht. Der Gestank war nicht zu ignorieren.

Pros:

(this review was for the Hotel Pearl a few doors away).
I had an upgrade which is always agreeable from a single to a double bed. Small, clean ensuite rooms excellently situated between Shepherd's Bush & Goldhawk road tube stations - 10 minutes walk in either direction. There are plenty of food options in the immediate area. Friendly & efficient staff.

Cons:

There was no lift which might be an issue for people on the higher floors !

Pros:

The location was fine for my needs

Cons:

The room was basic but there was significant black mould above the windows. The tap in the basin in the bathroom delivered water sparingly and the light above the basin had no bulb and the light had a broken cover.
