Very happy with our stay and will be back.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Smells and looks new and clean. Real breakfast included. Easy to find. Late check in possible.

The hotel was close to where we were visiting and it met all our needs.

Stayed overnight as went on the Tall Ships Sunset Cruise.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Same with the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful, lots to choose from. Easy to find and not too far from the marina.
