Pros:

Exceptional location. Easy "check-in"/check-out process.

Cons:

Remote/tv was a bit temperamental. And the room became VERY humid after taking a shower/bath, despite bathroom fan running.

A very comfortable and pleasant experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The owners were very friendly and playful. Even the shower in my room was above expectations..!

Cons:

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about my stay.

I would not return.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Functioned more like an Airbnb. If we hadn’t requested breakfast, we would never have met the hosts.
Photographs were misleading. The window sills are all falling apart and decaying. Property has definitely seen better days. Smelled musty and moldy. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is not included unless you book directly with them. Included toiletries included a bar of soap and small packets of conditioning shampoo and a hair dryer.

Get the breakfast !!!
Pros:

We had a delightful stay at La Belle Victorienne for 2 nights. The owners were wonderful and the breakfasts will long be remembered as the best on our trip to Quebec. Everything that we needed was provided. Our room was spotlessly clean. Parking was across the street in a church parking lot. The cost was reasonable.

Lovely B&B close to the lake and the downtown shops and restaurants. Natalie was a gracious and helpful host.

Pros:

Les propriétaires sont très gentils. L'emplacement est parfait accessible à tout à la marche.

Cons:

Le trafic très tôt 1 matin. C'était dérangeant un peu.
L'autre matin était beaucoup moins achalandé.
