Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff were amazing, they were all very kind and so helpful. I was there for 2 weeks recovering from surgery.

Cons:

Stayed for five days and it was a terrible experience. The reception kept trying to squeeze extra money out of us even though we had already paid everything in full online. Completely unacceptable behavior—definitely would not recommend a place where the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. Despite us having fully paid online, they still tried to charge us extra for no valid reason. It felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of guests.
