لم يكن كل شيء مثالي في الفندق، حيث كانت بعض الغرف أصغر من المتوقع. أحيانًا يوجد ازدحام في منطقة الإفطار خاصة في أوقات الذروة. كذلك، الأسعار تعتبر مرتفعة قليلًا مقارنة ببعض الخيارات القريبة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قد يكون الضجيج خفيفًا في بعض الغرف المطلة على الشارع الرئيسي

Great staff
Friendliness of all the staff at the front/reception desk. Most especially CETIN. They always have a smile on and are ever ready to make your stay very comfortable. Their response time to request is 💯. I also love the location, very close to The famous Zorlu Mall and Cevahir mall. All reachable with few minutes drive/ walk
I had a change in travel plan and needed to check-out a day earlier that booked, and they tried all the could to make it possible, even though I didn’t booked my reservation directly with the hotel but with booking.com. They advised me on the best way to contact booking.com to get it resolved cause I was unable to modify directly in the booking.com site. And through all this, they ensured I was comfortable and got what I asked for following booking.com email response to them.
I love the variety of breakfast, especially their chicken quesadillas & & potato croquettes❤️
The rooms are always clean. However, they could do with little improvements e.g a small rug and some aesthetics. The same applies to the restaurant, it needs a face lift.
