Wonderful stay!
Pros:

This was a wonderful place to recover from several days of hiking and get ready for a few more! The spa, sauna, massage, comfortable bed, and warm water made this a perfect place to stay!

Cons:

The property was a little further from the downtown area than i would have liked but the amenities made up for it!

Close to bus station. Clean with comfortable beds. Easy walk into town.

Rooms were extremely warm and unable to change temp. Don't stay on side of main road as it is very noisy.

You can find better.
Pros:

Clean. Nice staff. Didn’t use the pool or spa. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

No help with the luggage. Not even a cart you could load. Our Booking.com Triple upgrade got us a tiny room looking at a busy road. No AC so you had to have the window open to keep the room at a decent temp. No food allowed in the room and restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30pm. Eating late causes me poor sleep so didn’t agree with me and it was a hike to any other restaurants.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für eine Nacht in Buenos Aires auch ein Hotel dieser Kette gewählt haben.
Das Frühstück war klasse. Die Lage für uns optimal: Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Busterminal gehen, das Stadtzentrum war etwas weiter, aber da wir dorthin ohne Gepäck unterwegs waren, kein Problem.
Sehr zufrieden!

Precioso hotel, siempre impecable, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud, muy cómoda y amplia la habitación.

Cons:

Si bien la atención es muy buena sugiero más y mejor variedad en la carta del restaurante dado que por su ubicación muchas veces es mejor comer en el hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, nice rooms very good beds. nice swimming pool, good massage 😍 great cocktails and good breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning for our flight and they even provided a breakfast to take with us to the airport.
