Bardzo dobre miejsce na bazę wypadową do Wenecji.
Pros:

Doskonały hotel na bazę wypadową do Wenecji. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna - do przystanku linii 6, który zawiezie do placu Roma (dworzec w Wenecji), ok. 5 min. Kursuje także 6L lub 53E. Blisko markety jak Lidl czy Mega. Warto udać się na pizzę do Pizza Si (najlepsza w okolicy).
Ok. 10 min. do stacji kolejowej Mestre / Marghera.
Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, bardzo czyste, często zmieniane ręczniki.
Codziennie łóżka ścielone ;) robi to bardzo pozytywne wrażenie.
Standard pokoju i hotelu dla nas w porządku. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Najważniejsze - właściciel hotelu, Włoch - bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Zawsze pytający się jak minął dzień, pozdrawiający nas za każdym razem.
TV w pokoju. Bardzo wydajna klimatyzacja!
Duża szafa, biurko dość spore.
Obok łóżka 2 małe stoliki.
Internet niezawodny i szybki.
Codziennie opróżniany kosz na śmieci.
Czysto w pokojach, czysto w obiekcie.
Jest dostępny pokój socjalny i taras (common room), gdzie jest wspólna lodówka, mały stolik, czajnik, sztućce, suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy (płatny). Generalnie trochę skromne miejsce - ale wystarczające do robienia prostych śniadań, jeśli ktoś nie chce jeść na mieście.
Bardzo polecam to miejsce, sam rezerwowałem tu miejsce po analizie pozytywnych opinii.
Możliwość parkowania samochodem na zamykanym, wewnętrznym parkingu.
Warto poczytać opinie na Google i Booking.
Pozdrawiamy bardzo sympatycznego i pomocnego właściciela! :)

Cons:

Pokój socjalny i taras wymaga odświeżenia. W pokojach przydała by się mini lodówka. Obok łóżek też warto by mieć małe lampki nocne. W pokoju socjalnym przydałby się zlewozmywak (obecnie mycie naczyń po sobie było we wspólnej łazience na korytarzu - dla tych co mieli pokój bez oddzielnej łazienki). Ale pomimo tych mankamentów i tak warto korzystać z obiektu - bo jest wart tej ceny.

Propre et confortable, personnel très arrangeant !
Pros:

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel et j'ai été très bien accueilli malgré mon arrivée tardive ! La chambre et les parties communes étaient très propres, il y avait même une petite kitchenette ! La climatisation réglable dans la chambre était aussi très appréciable.

The room is far away from the bathroom and the kitchen does not have a sink. My fruits were gone in the refrigerator and when we tried to eat them we can’t find them.

Pros:

The location was very convenient, and when I checked in the staff was super kind, helpful, and informative. They informed me of routes to get to Venice easily, which was a great help! Everything was very clean, and they also cleaned my room and replaced my towel after my first night which was very kind.
