The view from the room window was amazing since it is the highest building nearby. The staff was really friendly, and the food was really good. The location was perfect for pickups to the sightseeing spots (Mount Bromo etc.).
The hotel is located at the main road through Malang, which is convenient for pickups for day trips, but not optimal for walking near the hotel area (very busy and loud).
Centrally located, spacious room. Staff was helpful and even allowed us early check-in. Good value for money. Very comfortable beds
I wouldn't suggest eating at the hotel restaurant. Food was just passable.

pelayanan ramah,mulai dari front office dan security yang siap membantu, juga staf cleaning & restaurant..menu restoran juga bervariasi dan enak..kamar luas dan bersih..disediakan sofa di depan lift yang sangat membantu saat menunggu.
saluran tivi berbintik-bintik / tidak HD, saat saya check ini harus meminta perlengkapan sikat gigi, juga slipper yang cuma 1 pasang padahal kami berdua..staff beralasan karena sedang penghematan pemakaian plastik??..saat hari ke-2 restoran dipindahkan ke ruang meeting tetapi tidak ada stall telur goreng, begitu saya tanyakan ternyata harus memesan/meminta dulu.

Staff seems not happy, when I go breakfast said I am not on the list,
We used the hotel on our way to Bromo just for a few hrs. until our pick up at 00.30. So nice that the hotel prepared a great breakfast box to take along.
The hotel was in a good location, there was a swimming pool and gym at the hotel and staff were very kind.

fridge in room didn’t work and when reported to staff was told to keep items in reception fridge not ideal when on the 9th floor and reception fridge was full of Bintangs

Goed hotel en ideaal om van daaruit de Bromo tour te doen. Nette en ruime kamer.
Het zwembad is in onderhoud en dat werd ons niet op voorhand gemeld. Dat vonden de kinderen wel jammer.
Door een gecancelde vlucht naar Java, kwamen we pas een dag later aan. De geboekte eerste nacht moesten we gewoon betalen.
Fijne hotelkamer op een goede locatie.
Op moment van aankomst kregen we te horen dat het zwembad en de gym niet beschikbaar was vanwege renovatie. Teleurgesteld omdat we juist deze accommodatie hadden gekozen voor het zwembad en dit vooraf dus niet helder gecommuniceerd is.
