Necessary stay on trip south okay for somewhere clean to sleep

fridge in room didn’t work and when reported to staff was told to keep items in reception fridge not ideal when on the 9th floor and reception fridge was full of Bintangs

Goed hotel
Pros:

Goed hotel en ideaal om van daaruit de Bromo tour te doen. Nette en ruime kamer.

Cons:

Het zwembad is in onderhoud en dat werd ons niet op voorhand gemeld. Dat vonden de kinderen wel jammer.
Door een gecancelde vlucht naar Java, kwamen we pas een dag later aan. De geboekte eerste nacht moesten we gewoon betalen.

Fijne hotelkamer op een goede locatie.

Cons:

Op moment van aankomst kregen we te horen dat het zwembad en de gym niet beschikbaar was vanwege renovatie. Teleurgesteld omdat we juist deze accommodatie hadden gekozen voor het zwembad en dit vooraf dus niet helder gecommuniceerd is.

Bequemer Aufenthalt, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal
Pros:

Ehrlich gesagt können wir die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wir haben uns im Hotel wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem riesigen Buffet mit verschiedenen Stationen und war sehr lecker. Ja, viel davon ist auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet, aber man befindet sich ja auch in einem asiatischen Land. Es war kein Problem Eierspeisen, Cappuccino, etc. beim Tischkellner zu bestellen. Das Personal war wirklich ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit einem Grab-Taxi ist man schnell im Zentrum. Kleine Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Goed maar kan het beter zijn.

Personeel was vriendelijk 👍

Handdoeken was oud en niet zo schoon ziet uit.

Room and bathroom was dirty. There was hairs in the bathroom. Carpet full of stain. Absolutely disgusting. Food was not good at all.
