Pros:

We were there to send our family member to the higher learning institution. We arrived a day earlier. There were bedroom for 4. We liked the room and its structure. The breakfast spread was great too.

Hotel moderno, ben curato e probabilmente una delle strutture più contemporanee di Ipoh. Lo staff è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzato il servizio navetta gratuito da e per aeroporto e stazione ferroviaria, oltre alla possibilità di raggiungere il centro. Una menzione speciale al driver, una persona squisita, che durante gli spostamenti ci ha dato anche tantissime informazioni e consigli sulla città, quasi fosse una guida turistica.

La posizione è centrale e comoda, la colazione buona e in linea con lo standard dell’hotel. Per chi viaggia con bambini, molto utile anche la piccola area giochi: non è grande, ma è uno spazio comodo che fa sicuramente la differenza.

It was reasonable, not really value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable not great. I booked a two room unit. I expected two rooms with a living area. However, the living room was also the first room, actually it was more like a one bedroom unit. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Cons:

Space could have been a little bigger. No coffee house, no room service and basement parking was limited.

Quick flow, clean environment, calming interior design and overall worth to stay more than 1 night.
Pros:

Overall were very clean especially the all areas in the room, the public toilet at M level, the buffet itself, the housekeeping and how the flow for check in and check out works.

Cons:

Overall nothing much to comment just maybe improve with more welcoming during approaching customer during check in and guidance for lifts and overall brief of the hotel.

Second, during morning buffet, I really satisfied and happy with the Malay staffs with black t-shirt serve and approach us (Malay girl with hijab and a guy), HOWEVER, I would request to monitor the "Egg Section" staff the Chinese girl and the Chinese guy that serving fresh cook eggs. They were not friendly at all, especially the guy its feels like we owe him something when ordering an egg.
