Geen vakantie gevoel in het hotel

Kon buiten het ontbijt nergens zitten laat staan iets drinken. Roken moest voor op straat.

A simple hotel that meet our expectations
Pros:

The breakfast varieties were not a lot but enough for breakfast and is tasty. Overall the rooms meet our expectations but it could be better we are offer twin beds as requested, anyway we slept well.
When leaving MU hotel , then we realised that they are free shuttles to places of interest or as requested and available, as we were told by the shuttle driver and we felt that it will quite a waste as is our first visit to Ipoh and it will be nice to have somebody to introduce us to places worthy to visit. It would be good if the receptionist that check us in and informed us of this service.
Anyway we will still come back to MU hotel for our next visit to Ipoh.

all was good, there a a few eateries and mamak just opposite the hotel. food is decent

not much to do around this hotel. not a place to saty if u want town vibes. quiet place

Great Stay, Great Location
Pros:

Check in and check out process is fast and efficient. The front desk personnel are very friendly making us feel very welcome.
Room are small but comfortable. I had a great sleep.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was ok, but most of the food was cold. I did speak to the manager at the restaurant, and he got someone to warm up the food for me, but I think it can be improved. I think the cereals they used were some generic brands because they tasted different from the normal KoKo Crunch and Honey Stars.. looks almost same, but tasted off.

Compact room that meets most of a traveller's needs.

They had thought of most things, smart TV, good internet, compact room but it provided all necessities.

Fantastic Stay with helpful & friendly staff.
Pros:

The service way beyond our expectation. Its a hotel we will STRONGLY recommend. The counter staff are super friendly and helpful. We are repeated customers.

Especially the hotel driver, Mr Addy, no words can describe his helpfulness and friendliness. He goes beyond his call of duty.

5 thumbs up for him. MU Hotel's boss is very very bless to have Mr Addy as their staff. Thank you Mr Addy for all that you have done for my family during our stay in MU hotel. You are a GEM 💎 😍😍😍

MU is the hotel to stay at Ipoh 😊

Pros:

酒店出去要找吃的满容易的，员工满亲切的，整个办理入住手续过程都很顺利。房间设施完善舒适明亮，因为我是很怕出外酒店卫生设施不干净的人，可是MU hotel卫生间让我很满意😄😄😄

Cons:

早餐个人觉得可以加多一点食物，洗澡的冷水水压有点小，热水就很大😅，觉得应该要留意一下😄
