The staff from the lobby (lady at night) was very rude. She was rude when I checked in the first night, and a different night she was rude again when I asked for towels.

realice una reservacion en booking, avisando que llegaria entre 18 y 19 hrs, y asi fue, cuando llegamos nos dicen que la tarjeta en garantia no tenia fondos cosa que no fue asi y NO RESPETARON LA RESERVACION, , si nos apoyaron enviandonos a Lomas, pero ese no era el plan.
no es la primera que me hospedo en esta sucursal . y al personal no le importo. no se quien le de seguimiento pero gracias

Me quedaba cerca del lugar donde debía trabajar, era limpio, cuartos bonitos, buena comida y atención.

Lo único que no me gustó es que al inicio no me
Funcionaba el internet y llame 3 veces a recepción y me dijeron que “enviarían a alguien” y nunca llegó nadie a ayudarme con el internet, así pasé toda la noche hasta el día siguiente que me atendió la señorita del siguiente turno y ella me indicó cómo solventar el problema
