La habitación, ubicación y comodidad
El desayuno es muy bueno, con lo esencial, cafecito, fruta, chilaquiles, pan. Las habitaciones son muy funcionales equipadas con su cocineta. Todo el grupo estuvo muy a gusto en el lugar. El personal siempre fue muy amable. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí.
Quizá el no cobrar el estacionamiento a los huéspedes podría mejorar la experiencia aún más.

Excelente ubicación.
Aroma a humedad en la habitación. El desagüe de la ducha y el lavabo no funcionaban correctamente. Las instrucciones respecto al servicio de restaurante no fueron claras al check in.

Outdated, small TV
The room attendant was excellent. My room was very nice when I came back every day. There are no bed covers or blankets. The reception was so so. Limited English speaking made it hard to communicate. They never gave me my room bill for my expense report so I’ll have to chase that down from non English speakers next week.

Uds dicen que en el precio esta incluido el desayuno continental. Pero de continental no tiene sino el nombre. Lo único que dan es café frío y galletas si quieres huevos o café caliente tienes que pagar. Así q no hagan publicidad con el desayuno x no hats tal. El interior brilla x su desaseo para q cobren esa cantidad. Ya q no es más q un hotelucho q no llega. Ni a 3 estrallas
Instalaciones y habitación muy bien. Pero el servicio en recepción podría mejorar.

No tuvieron la Master Suite disponible que había reservado pero me otorgaron 2 suites al mismo costo. El servicio excelente, buena ubicación, lo que no me agrado mucho fue el desayuno de cortesía. esta mejor en otros hoteles de menor costo la habitación
Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones, ubicación excelente en Santa Fe, puedes ir caminando a varias plazas
