The hotel is really beautiful with a focus on upscale design and high end finish. The suite we stayed in was spacious.
The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows but there is furniture in the marketed room photos that doesn't exist.
There was definitely more focus on a lux feel than on functionality.
There was no desk, I didn't notice this when booking and honestly it's kind of expected, even cheap motels have a place to work.
There is not a single towel holder or place to hang your towel.
Not having a desk or table aside from the very short / small table that holds the room phone makes it really difficult to comfortably eat in the room.
The bathroom is weird. There is no towel bar or anywhere to put your clothing when you shower. The vanity is outside the shower and toilet room (bad if you need to wash your hands in the middle of the night when someone's sleeping), and there's a tonne of wasted space in the toilet/shower room. It feels clinical in a really non-functional way. I don't want to put my towel or clothes on the floor or toilet when showering :(
Complete lack of soft lighting. This room needs lamps or dimmers. Way too bright.

The wifi was a real pain with our laptops and would kick us offline repeatedly.

The pool was wonderful, the food was good and our room was really nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated and relaxing. I look forward to going back as I travel to NB from NS often.
The only single complaint is that our room 401 really needed a paint job. The paint was chipped everywhere and it didn't look good compared to how nice the rest of the hotel looks.

The deck was unusable at night due to bugs but that isn’t the staffs fault, there’s also a spa in the basement near the pool but it’s privately run and didn’t accept clients

L’hôtel est situé près de la rue principale. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, le menu est élaboré et les plats servis étaient délicieux. L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux. Je donne un 10/10.
Tout était super!
The property is well landscaped and well kept. I like that there is a rear entrance that works with my key card from the outside. I like that there is a Star Bucks on site.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
