No me gusto el servicio de paso se fue la luz a las 3am y no llegó la luz hasta el siguiente día y estuvimos sin bañarnos y me salí faltando un día por q es el peor hotel

This property is very deceiving lol...When you first arrive it seems desolate..But once the initial shock of wears off the property is beautiful..The proximity to night life is great

La limpieza fue terrible, el baño olía a viejo, el espejo y lavadero de baños aún se notaba arena de huésped anterior, la bañera de hidromasaje no tenia agua caliente y estaba sucia de pelos y cabellos, las sillas de la terraza y hamacas igual sin limpieza. La habitación reservada fue con vista al oceáno pero en realidad nos dieron una con vista a la ciudad y el mar al fondo, no se otorgó el desayuno incluido y adujeron una desactualizacion de parte de hotels.com en cualquier caso fue un perjuicio directo a mi como cliente xq al momento de reservar, el desayuno incluido es un punto importante al evaluar costos. El "wifi gratis" jamas se pudo usar xq no llega a la habitación. El televisor con directv básico NO CANALES PREMIUM como se promociona y de paso en BLANCO Y NEGRO, que pude usar luego de pedir q me cambiaran un par de pilas viejas y aplastadas que se encontraban en los controles de TV. Me hospedé 2 días y nunca limpiaron la habitación. No pedí tampoco que lo hagan en nuestra ausencia porque de paso tienen las "políticas" de que practicamente no se RESPONSABILIZAN DE NADA si suceden hurtos, si hay o no agua, etc Por lo menos nos pudieron advertir tambien que seríamos recibidos por mosquitos para ir preparados con repelentes. En general pésimo servicio pagué por algo que no recibí. Demasiado sobrevalorado el hotel 👎

Food was good. I messaged the hotel before my trip to make sure someone would be available to check me in and no one ever got back to me. The main pool was dirty and not ready for use until hours later. There are leaks on the roof of the restaurant so we had to eat standing up because it was raining. There was ridiculously loud music at night until 3am two out of the three nights I stayed. The people next room were so loud we couldn’t sleep until 5am. When I went to complain to the front desk, she said that she didn’t believe me because they have guards that patrol at night to make there is no noise. Then she said that the noise was coming from a different hotel. I told her that I walked out of my room to find where the noise was conning from and it was in the hotel I was staying at. It was a horrible experience and I didn’t get to relax because there was really loud music, people screaming and banging on the walls and drunk people cursing loudly. I would not recommend anyone stay there. I believe I deserve a partial reimbursement. Horrible experience

Walkable to town. Hosts were courteous. Room was decent.

This was the perfect place to stay while attending Montanita Spanish School, if you want a little more luxury than the Cabanas that most of the students stay at and it's just a 1 minute walk to school. Luxury is relative though. Montanita does not really have nice hotels so this was the best from that kind of pool. We had a 1 bedroom suite that had a jucuzzi tub on the second level (which we never used because when we tried, we gave up because it took too long to fill given the weak water pressure.) It does look nicer in the pictures. In person, the hotel is somewhat showing signs of aging. However, after staying here five nights and then two other hotels for the remaining week we were in town, I can say that ME Hotel was better.

Buen lugar para pasar en familia.

While there are several items/areas that could be improved upon here, being somewhat familiar with what else is offered in this marketplace, we feel this hotel is well better than average for this immediate area. Nice jacuzzi, good a/c, ok breakfast, ok wifi.

If you choose to stay here, bring luggage locks. This is the ONLY place I have ever stayed where I had things stolen. 2 pair of inexpensive earrings that were given to me by my late husband and a pair of Nike slides. Others I talked to had things stolen too. When brushing my teeth the stench from the bathroom sink made me gag. I moved the throw rug in the bedroom because it was so frayed, i kept tripping.

Decent place, needs a paint job inside and out, not just the scooter in the front. Pool repair noise was annoying and the water pressure sucks, big time. The bed was comfortable and it's a huge suite with a decent view, if they took a little effort to clean the walls or paint, it would be a dramatic improvement. Good place over all and a decent value.

Coming back for sure. Experience was amazing, staff out of this world, hotel was neat. Highly recommended
