Hotel Norddeutscher Hof

Vi ankom til et hotel, hvor der ikke var værelser til os, vi blev henvist til et andet hotel udenfor bymidten, hvor vi skulle tage hen for egen taxa regning. Placeringen var grunden til at vi havde valgt det, så det var rigtig øv
Og de var ikke villige til at hjælpe med noget.

Located close to the central train station. Getting into the hotel with a stroller for small children was difficult as there were stairs. Had everything we needed for a good nights rest. The breakfast was good.

Vores ophold blev flyttet til udenfor byen, men det hotel var ok. Fik en del mere rejsetid og omkostninger

Reception staff were wonderful - especially on check in.

Det holder hvad det lover, men man savner et enkelt opholdsområde. Morgenmaden kan nemt forbedres væsentligt: Lad være med at servere hårdkogte æg - og køl dem ned inden de lægges ud, hermed stoppes kogningen. Selv æg taget lige ved åbningstid, var hårdkogte. Server gerne rigtig juice i stedet for det saftevands-lignende nektar.

Vi fanns inte när vi skulle checka in fick vänta 30 minuter så löste det sig. Saknade vattenkokare och kaffepulver. Hyfsad frukost.

Excellent location near main railway station, but still in a comfortable & safe area. Short walk to the beautiful lakeside and Lange Reihe where there are lots of little cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. Room & bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Ottima posizione per visitare Amburgo. All'arrivo in hotel ci hanno detto che la nostra camera non era disponibile, ci hanno mandato in un'altra loro struttura non molto distante. Avremmo gradito una comunicazione in anticipo. Camera vetusta, senza telefono e frigobar. Moquette in ogni luogo. Personale alla reception molto formale e distaccato. Colazione con il minimo sindacale!

Lige ved siden af hovedbanegården. Rent og pænt. Ja tak

Sehr nettes und geduldiges Personal.
Zimmerausstattung sehr schön und neu.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Koffer wurden vor 'Check in " angenommen und sicher aufbewahrt. Super!
Fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen.
Immer wieder zu empfehlen.
Sind das 2.Mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Mal sehen wie das Frühstück ausfällt. . .

Ganske fint ophold. Ret beskedent, slidt hotel med tydeligvis en del år på bagen. Men venligt personale og meget central beliggenhed, og ikke meget larm trods centrum.
Ok morgenmad, bortset fra de ikke kunne koge æg. Disse var så hårdkogte at de var sorte og næsten uspiselige. Men der var lidt af hvert ellers. Og ok. Jeg kunne godt finde på at bo der igen fordi at der var rent, sengene var gode, og super beliggenhed. Ja, og så var det jo heller ikke særlig dyrt.

It was comfortable

Room was clean but tired/dated. No air con but windows opened. There was no bedside light , or light switch by the bed. Only 2 sockets in the room and a table light (not near the bed) was plugged into one. Bed was firm, pillows very soft. Very good shower. Limited breakfast selection but it was enough. Staff were lovely and we were able to leave our bags before we checked in.

The stay was great. The staff was positive and hospitable. The hotelroom was clean and simple - as was the bathroom. The hotel is close to everything like shopping, museums, the trainstation and so on. Parking in front of the hotel is paid parking from 9 to 22 and from 22 to 9 it is free parking.

Great location close to central station, lots of food and dining options in the area, the hotel itself doesn’t have AC and there was no wifi in our room which was frustrating. The breakfast was OK, cold cut meats and cheese, fruit and cereals, coffee and tea which is fine.

Alles gut

Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Zimmer ist okay und relativ einfach gestaltet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Good for one or two nights. Lokation was central.
