Amazing for children
Pros:

About it being all for the kids.

Cons:

Music was a loud in the outside play area which isn’t great when it’s busy that was something our autistic son struggled with and also the soft play door was constantly left propped open so small children could just walk out the door . Other than that it was great

Pros:

I liked the food. Plenty gluten free options. There wasn't much to do very young toddlers there was indoors not much out doors. My three old loved it. My kids loved the swimming pool and indoor play area my 3 year old loved the cinema.

Cons:

No entertainment music dancing for kids be nice around 7pm

Great stay, will be back
Pros:

Variety of restaurants on site was amazing, great kids menus, staff were wonderful, tonnes to do with kids and the staff were so lovely.

Cons:

The tapas restaurant was great but the dishes should come as they are ready, rather than all together. Soft play area padded steps could be upgraded/re-padded for safety reasons. Everything else was great!

All in all, would return as the kids really enjoyed it.
Pros:

The food options were abundant, and the quality was lovely. It was our daughter's birthday, and we were treated to treats and renditions of " Happy Birthday " at breakfast and dinner, which was extremely thoughtful. While there were renovations underway at the hotel, we were offered a room change if we wished, which was considerate. The nominal charge for the go-karting and games (3 euros) was appreciated. The space is exceptionally well designed, packing in a lot of action (two bars, three restaurants, a cafe, outdoor activities, etc.) in a compact enough space. We also appreciated how close it is to the motorway.

Cons:

The bedroom (particularly the bathroom) was tired, but given it caters to busy families, this is to be expected. The sheets were stained, the springs were gone in our mattress (mitigated by an excellent mattress topper), and different corners of the room were scuffed and dusty, but the rooms themselves are designed really well, very roomy, and really pleasant to hang out in (we were on the second floor). The Oasis/Tween room was really cool but again, tired, and unfortunately, wasn't just an oasis for tweens (lots of screaming toddlers in there, headbutting the fuseball table) but the cinema and swimming pool were calmer spaces for those with older kids.

Pros:

the swimming pool was disgusting and made my children sick. Its expensive to stay here yet the activities like mini golf and go carts are additional charges. That's a joke

Cons:

The dirt of the pool - my children started to vomit 20 mins after leaving the pool

Facilities amazing for kids. Food was very nice, sleeping arrangements were perfect for 2 young kids.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room. Wasn’t hoovered well, cookies under bed, sink was dirty, no hand soap or body wash was left. Mirror dirty with handprints.
