とても快適でした
Pros:

お部屋が広かったです。チェックインより早く到着してしまいましたが、空いている部屋をすぐに用意してくれて、友人の結婚式の準備をホテル内で行うことができました。とても感謝しています。

タバコ臭で気持ちが萎えた
Pros:

フロントの方々が親切だった。

Cons:

朝食の品出しが後手であつた。空の皿が２.3あった。　　禁煙部屋が取れなくて辛かった。廊下に出るとタバコ臭でたまらなかった。全館禁煙にしてほしい。

喫煙部屋は本当にタバコを吸わない人間には不快でした。

Cons:

禁煙を3部屋予約したはずが一部屋勝手に喫煙部屋に変更されていた。いまだに室内でタバコを許可しているのも時代錯誤でおかしいです。また、室内はタバコの煙の匂いが付着しており、頭痛がしました。

Pros:

Convenient hotel very close to the station. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom as in other Japanese hotels. Breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

Room was a bit warm, had to open the window. Breakfast doesn't have too many western options if that's what you prefer. Japanese breakfast had all the usual options. Not too many amenities for women are provided (often you get a choice of cosmetics apart for the basic ones).
