Lovely staff lovely gardens lovely pools food good. Woukd go again definitely.

Only minuses why charge for tennis and pickleball courts by the hour? Seems a bit mean.

Also tv in room very limited channels.

Ghost hotel during the week, but phenomenal! Surroundings, pool, service all top notch! Best of all, exceptionally kid friendly for smaller kids!

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Carmelina with our 2.5yo. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and our room was very comfortable. There were many considerate factors for families, such as rounded bed edges. There was a lot of consideration put into the resort design, from the many lovely fish ponds, gorgeous greenery to the many different cute figurines of different animals. We really liked some of the self-sustaining features of Carmelina, such as their home grown fruits (all delicious). Some of the pools and equipment showed wear and tear, and ideally would be updated soon. We did not venture out from the resort, and the town center was a bit over 1km away, which was too much for our toddler to handle.

We are traveling extensively throughout Vietnam, we found this place and could not be more impressed with the staff and the facilities. We took advantage of the facilities, including Pickleball pools, restaurants, and walking the beautiful gardens. Most impressive part of our stay was by far the attention to detail by the staff. We really enjoyed, our time with Daisy in services On the Pickleball annd dining and David the sales and marketing manager were both very helpful. Would highly recommend families and couples. We expect to return in the future from the United States and look forward to it.

Everything in the resort is old, need to upgrade it. Dirty pool. Breakfast buffet is terrible, few selections, don't cook well.

All staff were very supportive and polite! We will definitely come back in our future trip to VN and strongly recommend this resort to our friends!!!!

Very nice & good service

Not too far to visit from Saigon. Very very clean and beautiful beach due to them being private. Super friendly environment and people. Amazing foods and services. Not expensive at all for what they offer. Will come back here in the future!

Gia đình mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tốt khi lưu trú tại đây. Không gian xanh sạch, yên tĩnh. Ở đây, có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi cho bé, mấy bé nhà mình xuống đây không biết chán là gì luôn. Đồ ăn cũng rất ngon, nhất là hải sản tươi và giá cả phải chăng. Hy vọng lần đến sẽ sắp xếp được thời gian dài hơn cho gia đình nghỉ dưỡng dài ngày hơn.

My whole family had a true vacation here. To say it is a children's paradise is probably not an exaggeration. My baby loves it because there are many places to play, especially saltwater and freshwater lakes. The food is also quite delicious and plentiful. Clean and modern rooms, including k channels for children. Point 10 is the friendliness and cuteness of the staff from the reception to the cleaners. Will come back here in the future!

We spent 2 days and 1 night here and I am definitely pleased about our choice. I appreciate the effort which they put into taking care of the plants here, very careful. Especially, staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean, quite, big pool for aldult and lovely pool for kids. My daughter enjoyed the playground and pool very much.

The staff was fantastic. They were very cheerful and helpful at all times. The food was very good and the pools, beach and tennis courts were all well maintained, very clean and perfect for our needs. A fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Wow services, excellent food and absolutely peaceful resort!

Resort is old, im dissapointed in kidsclub, its old not well maintained. Food is okay. Beach isnt clean as I thought. First room conditioning broke but tge hotel rep took long time to fix my prob, it took almost a day to get my room changed. The workers all very nice. I would not come back as my kid didnt like this place.

Amazing resort to take kids for a family holiday. Lots to see and do, playgrounds, waterslides - we even did a garden tour which the little one loved
