The Par Phuket

I had a medical incident while i staying here, none of the staff did anything at all to help. In the security camera footage i managed to get, 2 hotel staff just run past me, while im on the ground having a seizure! Obviously no first aid training here. That night and day after,
They never called my room or checked in on me to see if i was ok.
Really unsure why an ambulance wasn't called at the time, Nobody helped me except another geust.

The rooms are large but that's it. Tired furnishings and feel. Ok for a guys weekend where you want to be on the gold course at 6:30 am but don't bring the significant other for a romantic weekend. Perhaps best feature is the pool but you can find that elsewhere in Phuket

Nice Muay Thai Hotel with excellent varied buffet breakfast.

Even if it is a 3 star rated by Agoda 8.3 but I think is wrongly rated. I will only give a 7.3. The hotel is for from town but there is no hotel transport. Single trip to town will cost baht500. Receptionist not flexible. I arrive at 8:30 am and was informed that I only can check in at 2 pm. Around 1:30 I ask for an early check in but she says that rooms are ready but I have to wait until 2 pm. What a hotel. Will not come again.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. We had a patio and direct access to one of the pools from our beautiful room. Great hotel restaurant. Within walking distance to a local cafe!

My burger was served practically raw !!

If you love golf then this is place to stay

If you want to play golf and stay at “the golf course” this is the place to choose or just to relax and enjoy yourself at the pool.

Great quietly rooms with very nice design and very clean all over the hotel.

The restaurant has a wide selection of western food and original Thai food.

Very new, clean and tidy room with simple style! The most amazing part is that it's super spacious, i like walking around in the room. The view in balcony is the best, making me relaxed a lot. The front desk is very nice and friendly. I would choose here again if there is another chance.

Room is very nice and comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful. The swimming pool is the private. Staff at the spa is the professional and spa room is very clean. Food is very good test. Next time will be back again.

It was the worst experience we have ever had. There is a Thai singer every evening who doesn’t know how to sing and he sings in Thai language. We could not relax in the room and as many times we asked them to put music down, they didn’t do anything. We could not use the pool or have dinner as this sound is unbearable! Stay away!

Great hotel with excellent staff and facilities. It is situated in the centre of the Phuket Country Club, so access to a round of golf is easy. The shops in the city is a considerable hike from the hotel and the beaches are quite some distance. The hotel has a mini bus if you what to venture outside at a cost to you of course.

excellent hotel very clean great food European and thai,fan9tastic rooms very comfortable big beds staff very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a lovely big swimming pool.with great views overlooking phuket country club golf course only 15 minutes drive to phuket town and 10 minutes to central shopping centre. definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the new wing. Decent space with a balcony, overlooking the golf course (hole 4 par 5 I think). Prices at the poolside restaurant are reasonable, but you probably won't want to dine there everyday.
A short distance to the main road you will find local restaurant offering amazing Thai food.

The room and large pool were lovely. The extra dollars spent for a swim out pool off your room were a complete waste as the small pool is shared with another room, it is cold and not cleaned early. The first room we were given included the same type of pool but larger and shared with all rooms off that side and anyone in the lobby area. Why would you pay for something that was not private? Completely ridiculous. The staff were less than helpful in providing information, leaving me a bit overwhelmed as the facility is out of the way. No help regarding tours available or what shuttles were available from the hotel. Indeed, we were told only one shuttle was available to one beach which is really in the shopping district and not at all clean, and that only at noon and no return shuttle was available. While the latter was true, the shuttles did depart at different times which we learned on the last day. Their breakfast was decent but we also learned on the last day that you could get a real cup of coffee and other items which were never offered to us, although we saw other guests receive items such as bacon, etc. It was as if our presence was not welcome and that our overall stay was an inconvenience to then.

Hotel ok staff ok no problem.
Very disappointing breakfast. Cold fried eggs overcooked liked rubber and no heat under the ban Marie so rice, noodles, chicken etc all cold.
In summary not bad overhaul.

Do not trust the photos the hotel has given, we booked in for 6 nights, stayed 1 night had breakfast and checked out straight away losing our money. The rooms are clearly not cleaned thoroughly - see photos, you could barely see through the glass panels and there were stain marks everywhere where it’s not cleaned properly. There is rust and grime all throughout the bathroom, I didn’t feel clean showering in the room. The hotel makes it out it’s part of the golf club resort, it really isn’t, see photos of the front of the hotel, it’s in an unkept section in some area where the golf course happens to be, see photos. The food was absolutely awful, we are pescatarians but we are very open minded with different foods of different cultures and never normally have issues with breakfast buffets, there were literally about 5 -10 dishes to chose from (including toast) and that’s it, and nothing was labelled so we didn’t know what we could/could not eat. The food area was very dirty also, I wish I took photos of the food but we were so eager to get out and find another hotel. The hotel is in the middle of no where, no taxi drivers knew where it was so it was a hassle to get to. Booking.com said there is free shuttle service yet the hotel wanted to charge me thb500 each way to Patong Beach. We booked and airport shuttle but no one turned up, we waited for an hour and I rang the hotel and they said someone is there and hung up. We went to every person standing in the area and no one claimed to be for us, we ended up getting a taxi ourselves which was actually cheaper in the end but as said before no one knew where it was so we got lost a couple of times. Not happy we lost 4 nights worth of money on this hotel. Again I wish I took more pictures but we were just so eager to get out of there

We stayed here recenty and had a ground floor pool front room. One word "Amazing' The room was one of the nicest best appointed rooms we have ever stayed in. Just past the shady bamboo on the other side of the pool is one of the fairways. Breakfast at the new part of the resort was great, and the bar near main reception was great and you can order lunch and drinks here. The restaurant at the main part of the resort here was closed here at the time, as they are building a huge new pool. I dare say once this is finished by the latter part of 2017 the whole atmosphere will be awesome. The staff are very attentive and friendly, plus can organize transfers and pickups at any time. You are also really close to everything but far enough away at the same time. Getting into Phuket town and/ or Patong or Karon only takes 10 to 20 mins. Again thank you to staff and management for our lovely stay here... We will be back !
