VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.
I SPNET ONE DNIGHT I ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE A/C THAT COULDN'T BE REGULATED .. IT WAS WAY TOO COLD ... I TRIED TO TURN IT OFF BUT IT WOULD COME BACK ON AFTER A MINUTE. I CALLED TWICE THE RECEPTION BUT THEY NEVER SENT TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT ...

Definitely would recommend the new restaurant upstairs next to the swimming pool. Outstanding live music.

Excellent new bar next to the pool. Staff were very friendly.

Locker, bedside lights and the 2 phones didn’t work. Staff had poor internal communications, made guest to wait in room when things could be sorted without the guest’s presence. I swear they leave the guests guessing all the time with very little clear indications of what’s going to happen next, guests always have to chase them up for progress/next steps.

For a couple times staff didn’t even turn up when they said would come and sort things out. Room service took the order with a light heart too.

Only positive: the gentleman who greeted me all the time, he was the only one who was truly looking after the guests and would always act straight when needed to, hats off to him.

Really bad experience and i dont recommend the hotel to any type of travel

A very well maintained property very close to Grande Mosque. Clean and staff is very attentive.

Good size clean room

Good quality hotel for business traveler.
Breakfast can be more diversified, and there is a lack of dining options.

Terrible hotel, please avoid. Room was old and nothing like the images which have clearly been taken a long time ago. Lobby and hallway are nice but that's about it. Water takes ages to get warm. Iron was missing from the room. Took 4 attempts of contacting front desk to finally get it sent to our room - and it didn't even work! A further two attempts by hotel staff to finally get us a working iron. No hairdryer in the room. When asking for it, it was a little cheap hairdryer that produces cold air. The bathroom is nothing like the images (it's basically designed for accessibility) and the towels are hung on the support rails which is very unhygienic.

Over priced and poorly maintained. Age shows in the property and the rooms. Water leak wasn't fixed after repeated requests (although the team did clean/apply temporary fix).

The rooms look worn out and there's stains/dirt marks on all fabrics.

Staff is good and understanding, however that won't save the hotel. Need the management to step up and overhaul the hotel.

We checked in with mahmoud around 21:00 which is a very pleasent checkin time and too quite. Surprisingly there was no welcoming note or usual welcoming or a preference check up or is an explaining the facilities of the hotel, which was really weird since no one else wasn in the reception. I got the keys for the room and left my luggage by my own to the room. Room was spacious, unfortunately too old humidity smell in the corridors bathroom was dirty and full of molds and scratches. Carpet in the room was having spots air-conditioning was working OK, but it’s hard to operate due to the very old system. TV was very nice with many channels. Bed was not comfortable since it is toward the hard type.
The surroundings is not that bad. It’s OK if you want a city center hotel next to some governmental entities nothing special in the lobby .cinnamon smell used as an aroma in the elevators and the corridors. I can understand. It’s Christmas time and myself. I am a cinnamon smell lover, but it was too much that it is too annoying .
Room isn’t soundproof. I could easily hear the noise of kids and other guest walking around in the corridors, unfortunately I requested slippers and bathrobe bathrobe was sent to my room, but I was clearly informed that the hotel is out of slippers, I don’t think I’m returning to the hotel. Nothing really pleasant. It’s very disappointing Abu Dhabi hotel stay.
