Hanoi Pearl Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hanoi Pearl Hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and many great restaurants and cafés.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or any request we had. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of Vietnamese and international options.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

"Go elsewhere"
Pros:

I went to this hotel looking for a place to stay.
I inquired and was responded with sarcasm and disrespect.
The staff just told me to go elsewhere.
The staff is so disrespectful and business practice seems appalling.
For a first time visitor and possible business here to be told to go elsewhere seems to me they don't want to survive long term in this business.
My recommendation to you reading is also to go elsewhere. If first impressions is so low then the stay is going to only be just as low or rock bottom.
Even the person who was being served before me was told to wait 20 minutes for any service. The woman was left in shock and couldn't respond.
If i was homeless again and this was the last place in the area i would avoid this place and go to a hotel in other side of town

Pros:

What a lovely hotel, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious with a large choice of both Asian and European foods and the evening meals in the restraunt offer lots of choice.
From the hotel it's just a few steps to hoan kiem lake and all the major attractions are within easy reach.
The outstanding feature of this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are friendly and helpful and create a lovely atmosphere

Brilliant hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable and so convenient for all the local attractions. Food has been delicious and the breakfast buffet has an impressive choice of both Asian and European foods.
Rooms are a very good size with comfortable beds and a generous bathroom.
The staff here are amazing, they are kind, friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to male their guests feel welcome.

Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel to be nice. The room was nice and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. Hairdryer and some complimentary toiletries. The bathroom is quite dated with a shower over the bath. I think the hotel has walk in showers so worth asking when booking if prefer one.
Very nice breakfast with good choices but the dining area is quite congested as it’s quite narrow. The location is good as it is very central. A good hotel for a short stay in Hanoi.
