Pros:

I requested a room change which only had a shower (not a bath). This request was made efficiently and with a smile. We could leave our luggage at the hotel while at Halong Bay cruise and a driver was organised for take us to the airport. Very kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

The first room we were in was very small and on the first floor. It had a window but the brick wall was very close to the window so we had no natural light. I didn't like the shower over the bath and the bathroom was very small.
