The service worth evry price!
Pros:

I must mention the exceptional service of the hotel staff. Right from the reception, I was greeted with an inviting smile, and all the staff were kind, patient, and willing to help above and beyond what was expected. Even when there was a problem with the reservation, they showed genuine understanding and made a sincere effort to help and find a solution. Their human and professional attitude is highly appreciated and is definitely the reason I would be happy to return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Pros:

This will be my number 1 place to stay in Hanoi. Great location. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast had so much to choose from lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hanoi Pearl Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hanoi Pearl Hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and many great restaurants and cafés.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or any request we had. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of Vietnamese and international options.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
