Pros:

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean and lovely to come home to after exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive and a lot of fun. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety.

Cons:

Really nothing but the entertainment on some nights was pretty loud through the hotel but really nothing to complain about as everyone is enjoying themselves.

Great hotel
Pros:

The rooms are big and clean, huge comfy beds, nice cold aircon, all the amenities you need. The breakfast is great, heaps of choices and everything was hot and fresh.
The pool is perfect, not too deep and it's out of the sun in the mornings and afternoons which I loved.

The staff are what made our stay the best though. Every single one of them was so warm and caring. The security guys out front are so friendly and they'll help you get across the busy street too. The staff in the pool bar were awesome, especially Niko, he looked after us so well. And Mita in the restaurant was so kind, getting to know all of her guests she has great hospitality.

Cons:

Out of everything the only time we were disappointed was the seafood chowder at Mozzarella. It wasn't nice at all and had hardly any seafood in it. The other food we tried was beautiful though - recommend the chicken milano and the cocktails are great.

Nice place to stay at a affordable price
Pros:

Location, very friendly staff and cleanliness
My Birthday was a nice surprise, they came in with a small cake with some birthday writing and card, pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Every night there was live music between 7-8pm sometimes longer and it was so loud that it wouldn’t matter what room you were in you would hear it. Pool tiles around outside of pool were very slippery, noticed a few people slip. I thought maybe they were just old and drunk but then I slipped, stubbed my toe and jarred my back.

Although a little noisy, we loved our second stay here. And we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great price, excellent location - so central to everything. Rooms are very clean. We loved having our own private pool

Cons:

We had a ground floor room. Noise from staff at night moving deck chairs around and using machinery at 10.00pm was very loud. Noise from room above from chairs and heavy stomping was quite annoying at times.

4th time in Bali for me...
Pros:

Free breakfast as part of my booking. Made good use of it having 3 types of breakfast, coffee's, herbal tea's.... no need for anything...👍🙂
