Lovely
Pros:

Fabulous quaint hotel short walk to everything. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom and shower were large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The windows need full coverage. Blinds have a gap all the way around that lets in light from their lamps outside, so was quite light in the room at night.

very comfortable accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

The location is excellent for easy access to restaurants, bars and sites of Launceston. The room is very spatious and well appointed.

Cons:

The room did not have very good insulation from noise upstairs and people talking in the corridor and going upstairs. We did not discover the ear plugs until the following morning as they were placed in the bathroom. Placing them on the bedside drawers with a note to guests would have been helpful.
