Great location and hidden gem
Pros:

Lovely apartment room with a great view
Staff were lovely , providing us with extra towels, making up bed and a umbrella 😂

Cons:

Two comfy arm chairs provided but could have did with a foot stool in the evening after all the steps we did !!

Comfortable stay, lovely appointments, huge room
Pros:

Our room was spacious and included a little outdoor space which unfortunately we didn't get to use due to our limited time there. The directions on how to find our room and keys were clear and there was easy parking near the room so we didn't have to drag our luggage too far. It was beautifully appointed, warm and with electric blankets which were perfect for a cool night.

Cons:

This is more a recommendation. My friend's room was in the loft and the access was via the back of the gas bottles at the rear of the property. This wasn't the best first experience, particularly as we arrived at night and it was quite dark. Once the lights came on it was OK, but it would have been good to know this in advance so we could be prepared with a torch.

Perfect place to stay-we were sorry we only had one night.
Pros:

Tucked away from traffic, but very central. Comfy beds and pillows. Super quiet, very clean!

Lovely facility with great staff and close to the city.
Pros:

Had the Loft Room. Great views over the city. Good ambience. Fantasitic proximity to the George Street Restaurants and food scene.

Cons:

Hard to get up the stairs with a big suitcase. Perhaps need a sign to warn of bumping my head.

Awesome!
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast - the staff were amazing when I had a major health issue that required them to use there first aid skills and also call an ambulance - nothing to do with there hotel.
Later they also brought my everyday bag to the hospital and stored my luggage at their hotel fr me.

Cons:

I loved everything ….,,perhaps the steps and hill but not much they could do about either of those

Nice, clean but only suitable for a couple of nights and be prepared to find your own place for breakfast.
Pros:

Very close to all the shopping centres and great pubs/restaurants.
Possibly the biggest room size I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

The bed mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood.
The noise from the upstairs room was very loud - even the guests just walking across their room was extremely noisy.
Despite their information saying breakfast was available, it was not and had not been since 2020 during the height of the COVID lockdown.
Unfortunately the blinds had to be kept closed the entire stay as other guests walking past the room could see very clearly inside.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great central location. Room and general facilities were everything I needed. Really appreciate the staff at reception who were able to move my room to the ground floor for of my ankle injury and met me in the carpark to help me with my bags. Amazing service!

A lovely stay close to a very pretty town. We didn’t want to leave!
Pros:

So much thought had been given to little unexpected extras in the room. As well as the usual tea and coffee facilities there were bottles of water and a bowl of mints. The air conditioner was on so the room was warm and there were electric blankets on the bed. Perfect accommodation close to everything!

Everything exceeded my expectations
