The accommodation had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, roomy, very clean and it felt inviting. Little extras in the bathroom, large walk in robe to hang clothes and store luggage.

Loved our stay
Pros:

Room was fabulous. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Along a little laneway off the road with parking there. Just a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommended

Pros:

Super clean and facilities all we need for staying. Free bottles of water in the fridge were very kind in hot weather. Close to the city and easy dining out or shopping. Parking in front of unit. Highly recommended!

Cons:

If upstairs bedrooms have aircon that would be perfect.

Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights and on 2nd day the upstairs room got customers and it was down hill from there on, we could hear every single movement, the bathroom, walking, pushing bags, going up stairs, all if it , what's desperately needed is good insulation so downstairs people can sleep in peace
Also, fly screen at least on couple of windows so it can be opened for fresh air.

Large room, great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

The woman managing the property was lovely, helpful and welcoming. The room was large and very pleasant and featured an outdoor courtyard.

Cons:

Unfortunately there appears to be little soundproofing in the walls and floors. We were in a ground floor room, as requested. The people above sounded like elephants and we could hear them talking. The property included earplugs in the bathroom accessories, which I was very grateful for and used to sleep. This was effective. I gather the noise has bothered other customers previously. So it's good to see that they've probably responded to feedback.
Although I mention the noise, due to the earplugs and the lovely staff, we enjoyed our stay. Also, the location was great, but be aware that if you're walking, it is a steep incline up the driveway to the rooms.

Welcoming, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Great location in the CBD. The room was large, well equipped and spacious and worked really well for three people travelling as a family. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and accomodating (thanks to Rumali and Marcus).

Cons:

The walls were thin so you could hear people in other rooms, but they provided earplugs so it wasn't an issue for sleeping.
