Good value comfort
Pros:

Comfortable stay, attentive staff and nice breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

Room a little scruffy in.places (e.g. rip to upholstry in armchair). Cafetiere provided and biscuit barrel, but no fresh coffee or biscuits....

Pros:

I had an issue where I was overcharged for about a day, the manager on duty was able to help me resolve that, he was quite calm and apologised for the error. the hotel's accessiblity to Birmigham city center and the suite which has all ammenities especially for someone that likes to cook also. The complimentary happy hour was nice and the breakfast is standard also. The WIFI was great also.

Cons:

The property managers did not provide proper guidance to guests on the accessiblity of the location, even though the postcode was on the booking, the entrance is not quite assessible via a Car due to a Tram / Rail track passing through, this should have been communicated as it made the pay ride go round endlessly, in addition to having to drag two heavy bags while tring to locate the hotel from the nearest Car drop off zone. Though not related having arrived under this stressful condition to the hotel I had a booking for the previous night, the Staff on duty did not check my booking before telling me checkin starts at 3PM another staff came in to assist and then assisted me with checkin.

Breakfast was good & free coffee / teas through the day

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is in a dark road where the tram passes, no one to greet you as you have to go up a lift, the sign to the hotel is inadaquet & can be easily missed. No where to un-wind in the fresh air all closed in & no views. Make sure you request having your room cleaned as weekends they do not provide service.

Great staff, very central, very clean. Well done!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast area as well. The room was to our expectations - we had what we wished for. Ours also included a fridge, hob, dishwasher, ironing board, safe and microwave. The staff are sooo nice and welcoming! They kept our luggage since we arrived at different times of our check in and check out, with no problems at all! The hotel is very central and easily accessible by walk to all the main attractions and train station. I highly recommend!
