Pros:

The good part was free 24x7 laundry washing service & complimentary coffee throughout out the day. Location was very good. Lots of restaurants in the nearby area.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited to a few items & the same items were repeated every day.

Handy to train station, great breakfast provided with knowledgeable staff in the kitchen.
Pros:

Location was great, right near train station. The breakfast was excellent with the kitchen staff ensuring I had fresh food straight from the kitchen due to my coeliac disease. The kitchen staff were the main reason I gave a high rating for this hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the counter were not very friendly. The rooms need a bit of an update. Carpets are looking worn.

Great location and value!
Pros:

This hotel is just a few blocks from the train station and close to many restaurants and pubs. The suite was air conditioned, clean, quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and hard.

Ottima la colazione e nella sala a disposizione h24 caffè, the e diversi tipi di latte. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e la camera e bagno sempre pulitissimi.
La posizione dell'hotel è strategica a pochi minuti da più di una stazione ferroviaria.

il letto per me era veramente scomodo anche se all'apparenza era alto e soffice

Was a great place to stay for a short business trip if you need to be located nearby New Street.
Pros:

Everything was great. I was particularly impressed with the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good as had lots of choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Canapé lit étonnamment confortable

Cons:

L’essentiel était très propre mais il y avait de la saleté au sol et sur les rideaux
L’établissement se situe dans un quartier commercial en déshérence… pour une arrivée tardive cela signifie se retrouver dans des rues presque vides et peuplées de personnages interlopes.
On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres et la ventilation ne rafraîchit pas suffisamment
