Great hotel withe the friendliest staff
Pros:

It was so well equipped. Great sized suites. Quiet room with a great view (level 6). Great facilities. Hottest coffee. Excellent breakfast.

It was a very nice stay. I will absolutely stay here again when I next travel to birmingham.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comforable, the front desk were very helpful, kitchen staff who served breakfast are so friendly and happy to assist with a smile on their faces & the location is perfect.

Cons:

A few light switches in our room did not work and the bed headboard needs to be replaced. The leather has peeled off aand you wake up to bits all over your pillow and face.

Superb stay
Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable ; the three things that I want from a city centre hotel and this hit the spot. Great location, fantastic breakfast with good choice and good quality buffet included in the very cheap price. Couldn’t have been better for our overnight stay in Birmingham
