The hot water didn’t work

The bed was comfortable.But the bathroom is not clean specially the shower curtain got mouldy and the wall in the shower got mouldy.The basin in the bathroom is dirty luckily we only stayed overnight

Good, need to improve by providing disposable toiletries like shampoo, tootbrush, toothpaste, slippers. Other hotels provides thae above, in that way customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If that happens he can recommend to his friends.

The area was nice, conveniently located in the downtown area, and the staff there is excellent. They also provide a free breakfast as well. There were some insects in the bathroom, but that is not unusual in Tacloban. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.
The kitchen was closed after breakfast due to New Year's Eve. It's unacceptable for kitchen to close when guess are staying at hotel. Additional I didn't like the lack of variety on the menu!
