但し相対的に、割高感がある（苫小牧でこの価格は、、、）

個人的にはすごく満足です
Pros:

駅から近く清潔感もあり、非常に快適な時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

施設の問題ではないですが、ほかの階のお客さんでしょうか？学生さんもたくさん団体でいらしたようなので、少し騒がしかったかな？それくらいです。
