You definitely got your money's worth. The bedding and room comfy was comparable to a Hilton or better.

- Booked at an expensive rate with 'breakfast included' but it was not included, even after complaining. So we lost an additional $100.
- Other guests were continuously drinking beverages inside the pool water for multiple days, staff did not interact.

Pros:

Great atmosphere. Great Cabanas. My grand baby had an awesome time. Staff was very nice, as usual. The beds were super comfy. Great AC

Cons:

I liked mostly everything. The only thing was that the Beach Shuttle was out of service during my stay

Simple for the amount charged.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Pleasant reception, clean and fragrant sheets and towels.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the bathroom sink was dirty and full of hair in the drain, the bedroom floor was so dirty that it bothered us a lot.
