Breakfast was good
There is no proper instruction how to use the phone if I need to call reception, tv remote was not working we had to go very close to the TV finally I have to go to the reception 3 time requesting for extra bed, first time i was told it will be chargable and 2nd time i was told i lt will be in my room in 5min , when we got the bed it was so uncomfortable , my son can feel the springs he had to fold the duvets and sleep on top of the duvet

Busy location.
We liked the location, the hotel room was clean, comfortable and had all facilities we needed. The breakfast options were very good as well, plenty of vegetarian options.
The room we had was not big enough for 2 adults and 2 children and all our luggage as well.
Also we found there was not enough space during breakfast and we had to wait 15 to 20mins before we got a table.
Also you can use the lift without your room key which can be inconvenient.

Having an excellent stay at Novotel Ahmedabad. The breakfast was delicious and very tasty. Feedbacks given were immediately received and personal care was provided by Chef Mintu and served with care and love. Kudos to him for his hospitality.
Checking and checkout was very smooth staff was very helpful.
The stay was good. Especially the quality and availability of jain food under the assistance of Mr. Mintu was really excellent and appreciable. Breakfast food especially the mint tea was too good.
The experience was fabulous. Food was fantastic. Mr. Mintu was very polite and an amazing chef.

From the immaculate rooms to the warm, attentive staff, every detail was flawless. The duty manager went above and beyond, and their farewell gift to me will forever be a cherished memory of Ahmedabad. I left not only satisfied but truly happy. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone—my friends, colleagues, and anyone seeking a perfect stay. It’s simply outstanding!
