We thoroughly enjoyed the well-designed minimalist luxe Hyatt room with sectional couch and comfy bed. Scout was playing in a tennis tournament in Chesterfield but I stayed in our hotel room for two days quite happily. We ate attractive hotel breakfasts for three days and had good takeout Chinese for two days in the room. The shower was excellent and the toilet too low, my only quibble.
Best place to stay for any kind of trip! Very clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great well. 100% recommend staying here. We seek out Hyatt Place when we travel knowing it's gonna meet our expectations!!

This is a great hotel. Slept great in their bed. Loved their breakfast, especially the Oatmeal and their fixings. The staff were very attentive, especially during breakfast.
The door from the parking garage to the hotel was supposed to be a secure entrance but it opened freely without using your hotel key.

This is a great hotel. It is a good size, and the staff is incredible. I have stayed here often. There are a lot of choices in the area and I come back here.
We spent four nights for summer vacation. Highlight: great breakfast which was kept filled. The lady doing it was friendly too. Room was great. Only small issue was tub/shower drain wasn’t working very good. They were wanting to fix but maintenance works 7 to 3 and I have kids who aren’t up til noon. Didn’t have room cleaned so no comment on housekeeping. Pool is quite small and no hot tub. No sidewalks for walking pups for any long distance as mall area next is a construction project.
Great overall experience at this hotel. Room was clean and will appointed. Nice centralized location for our trip. The complimentary breakfast head a variety of options and was tasty. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.
The only negative point I had was that the bathroom had a glass door which offered little to no privacy while in the bathroom. This is the second high-end hotel I've stayed in over the last few months that seem to think sharing the bathroom experience with others in the room is a good thing - but it's not.
