Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Maid service was subpar.

Cons:

We couldn't check in at check in time because no rooms were available. There were two long dark hairs on one of the pillows and on that same bed there was a stain on the white blanket that looked dark red.

It was a great location where everything was within a twenty min distance.

Great overnight stay for our family. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was only a 10 minute drive to the soccer complex. It was also only a 20 minute drive to a restaurant my grandson really wanted to try.

Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

It was in a great location near the Factory venue, and St.Louis zoo. This hotel was very clean and generous with towels and blankets. The pool was warm and cleanly.The bar made a tasty Old Fashion! There was a good assortment of breakfast foods which were all fresh and hot such as bagels, eggs, sausages, friend potatoes, multiple cereals, yogurts and oatmeal with all the fixings. 3 types of milk and a couple juice options as well… oh and Starbucks coffee! Todd was absolutely great, he was kind and super helpful!! You can tell he cares about his career and the visitors. Below parking garage was super convenient. I would 100% recommend and plan to stay here again next year!
