We had a great time and will get our deposit back.
Pros:

The breakfast was more than expected and great. The location was perfect, central to all our activities, close to food choices and a shopping mall, right next door to Walmart.

Cons:

At check-in I paid more than my quoted rate AND a $50 PER ROOM deposit that I had not been informed of at booking. So my $174 booking quote came out to $250 per room.

Baseball families - do not stay here!

Baseball families - do not stay here! It was so dirty. Our room and both beds smelled like urine. The main areas clearly had not been cleaned as dirt consistently lined the baseboards. The silverware in our drawers was dirty. There was a stain on our sheets (the new ones we requested because the old one smelled). There was blood splatter or something on the bathroom wall and door. The tv in our room did not turn on. The breakfast was subpar. The tv in our room did not turn on. The hotel market was out of laundry detergent to purchase for the hotel laundry machines. The list goes on and on! The manager was very nice, but I don't gather any of the other employees wanted to work too hard. We checked out early and left and stayed at another hotel because we could not take another night!

OK! A little out-dated!

The outside and lobby area was very nice. The room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We arrived for check-in around 3:15 and the room was still not ready and was told to come back in 30 minutes. We came back a little after 4 and the room still was not ready, so we waited in the lobby for another 15 minutes. Our room was nice, until it stormed around 8pm and the room window started leaking and got our luggage wet. We then noticed that it has been leaking due to the brown rings on the curtain shades. The bath room fixtures were all rusted and green. The tub/shower was stained and scuffed up. We also had to request more toilet tissue after we inspected the room and noticed that it had less than a half of a roll. Will not be rebooking in the future.

Not your typical Hilton standard
Pros:

I would rate our stay around 2 out of 5. While the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, the overall property did not fully meet our expectations of the Hilton brand.

The hotel appears to be an older property that has been remodeled, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the room were below expectations. Upon arrival, the sleeper sofa was not clean and had visible debris and a soiled mattress cover. We requested a room change but were advised the hotel was sold out, so we were provided fresh bedding instead.

We also noticed additional cleanliness concerns including dirty surfaces in the kitchenette area, unclean utensils, and bathroom areas that needed a more thorough deep cleaning. The mattress was also not as supportive as expected, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.

On the positive side, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast, coffee, and shower amenities met expectations.

Overall, while there were some positives, the room condition and comfort did not align with the price or typical Hilton standards.

Pros:

Run down hotel
Pros:

Room smelled like bleach - hallway smelled like puke - hotel room is in run down condition - table in room 128 is missing. toilet makes noise every 5 min. sticky floor, Fridge not clean. Charged $4 for parking / took it off my bill when I complained. Hotel staff was nice. Bad experience compared to other home 2 suites
