Run down hotel
Pros:

Room smelled like bleach - hallway smelled like puke - hotel room is in run down condition - table in room 128 is missing. toilet makes noise every 5 min. sticky floor, Fridge not clean. Charged $4 for parking / took it off my bill when I complained. Hotel staff was nice. Bad experience compared to other home 2 suites

Cons:

Shower not working. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come assist with the shower and no one came. The bathroom door jumped the track several times and I was unable to get out of the bathroom without help. The oatmeal was so thick I had to add milk to eat it. There was no coffee when I went to breakfast at about 8:00 AM. There was no forks available. The wall paper on the baseboard areas were torn and mold appeared at the bottom of the wall.

No what I wold expect from a hilton brand hotel
Pros:

When I arrive the lady at the counter was really professional and kind got my room and when I got in there I noticed the floor was sticky right away then when I went into the bathroom there was hair on the counter and an open bar of soap in the sink the shower doors had soap scum then I turned back to the kitchen and noticed a cockroach running about and no bags in the trash can so I went and asked for a different room when I got in the second room it was clean but the mattress was so wore out I sunk into the middle and I only weigh 140 I would not recommend this hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the past 2 years and this is not something I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

disappointing across the board.

housekeeping very nice and friendly.

Cons:

room not at all how described. Bed broken had to sleep with feet higher than head. Sd. they could not do anything that was all they had. Offered me rewards points but I didnt want points wanted a bed to sleep in. Housekeeping sd. the next day it had been that way a long time and they knew it; Room was never cleaned just bed changed not pillowcases or spreads. Didnt clean bathroom or mop or vacuum said didnt look like it needed it. Called in advance to see if had a generator in case of power outage drove miles for that reason because of weather and after in room told did not really have a generator. Not suitable for family more group oriented. Only clean place is lobby. Manager parker her car in unloading zone when we arrived, we had a full car and medical van to unload and when asked when she was comilng back deak said didnt know she was holding a meeting. Had to unload a wheel chair son papalized from the neck down and all his equipment from across the parking lot because your employee parked at front door unloading zone.

By the way she drove up at the same time and saw us and that we needed the space husband had to back large med. van running over curb and she saw and just went right on in. We ask her if we were in the right place so she saw what parking s there would create for us. We are in our 70.s allot to unload with enough food and medical equipment for 4 nights
Stayed in a Motel 6 one time because of over booking and it was nicer. Wow.
Want be recommending or with my group to stay. Normally dont write reviews but the cost of the room does not match expectations at all.
