Second stay
Pros:

Our second recent stay at a Homewood suites followed our first by two weeks though the location different and we were better prepared. The king suite was a carbon copy of our prior room, well maintained and satisfied our needs though we were disappointed that photos of the room showed a walk-in shower while our room had a shower/bath combination.

The was a light in the living room that was not working so a call was placed with the front desk and a staff member arrived within 5 minutes. We did note that the pool was unavailable throughout our stay due to maintenance though we never saw anyone performing any maintenance. Having remembered the issues during a prior stay at a different location, we brought food that did not require an oven and our own toilet paper. The breakfast was once again quite good with a variety of choices including make your own tacos and burritos.

Very comfortable, friendly and convenient place to stay, I truly felt at home.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, catered for a wide range of tastes. The staff was super friendly, especially Beckie and Melissa at the front desk. Maintenance was quick and helpful when called out. The facilities were great, I used the gym everyday and we also played basketball on the court. We also used the laundry room, which was very convenient and efficient.

Cons:

Very minor things
The elevator was out of operation for the whole time, which was a bit inconvenient
There was a slight odor in my room

Wonderful Friendly Christmas Stay
Pros:

Great location, spacious complimentary parking lot. Warm welcome by manager and visible staff everywhere during the stay… desk is staffed, maintenance man working, laundry on site, breakfast room was staffed and buffet always full. Terrific coffee. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Candy canes were placed on our door on Christmas Eve which was a nice holiday touch.

Wonderful 2 week stay for the holidays in CT
Pros:

We stayed with them for almost 2 weeks with our dogs for the holidays. Everything was excellent, from front desk, housekeeping, free breakfast every morning and everyone we interacted with were wonderful. 5 stars!!! Thank you.
