TRAVELERS BEWARE.!!!!
This is a Hilton Branded Hotel. We were awakened all night by a knocking, rubbing, clacking in the wall behind the bed. Thought it was other guests but the intermittent noise went on all night. I called front desk in morning. Maintenance arrived in minutes and said its a known 10th floor issue with this room when windy. We went to front desk to ask for some kind of compensation as we specifically chose and paid more for Homewood so we could get a quiet, restful, drama free good night's sleep. Front desk staff blamed the wind, treated it like an act of God. One attendant said he'd ask manager for compensation. Went in back office for 2 minutes and returned to say he can't help us.
Thanks Homewood for anything but a good experience and for not owning the issue with a room you were aware of. Customers Beware. Hilton Name apparently means nothing at this franchise.
WE EXPECTED THIS HOTEL TO BE CREDIBLE, HONORABLE AND RESPONSIBLE. THEY WERE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.

Great airport location, 2bdrom with kitchen, Management is excellent, accommodating and helpful. Rooms are a little tired but fine for an airport sleep

Very nice stay! We stayed in a 2 bed suite. Comfortable beds ,friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was tasty as well! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very nice place to stay. Hotel was very clean and staff are all very professional. 9/ 10 only reason its not 10 out of 10 is the hot tub was down but the pool was nice and warm kids had fun and thats the main thing.

Atmosphere - amazing and love the welcoming feeling when you get inside the building
Rooms - clean!
Value - Reasonable, especially with the GREAT DELICIOUS breakfast!
Service - accommodating

All of the complaints that I make are very minimal. The hotel had no major issues, the lobby is nice but I didn’t see any water dispensers. They give you two bottles upon check in but personally that wasn’t enough, will say that their tap water is drinkable. The room itself is very spacious (I was with a family of four) with two separate rooms, a kitchen/living room side and the room with the beds and washrooms. We had two tvs, and there were a lot of mirrors and outlets. Also keep in mind that there’s no exhaust in the bathroom.
The pool was heated but was a little small. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the room all smell very good. The hair dryer worked and didn’t give off that burnt smell that many do.
The buffet section was pretty typical, it has the basics: waffles, sausages, eggs, potato wedges, oatmeal, etc.

Shuttle was very convenient

Nice room!

The property was spacious. There was nothing around food wise except in the evenings the restaurant next door was open for dinner. My only complaint is the toilet is so low, I think it was meant for children

Overall a good experience. airplanes are a tad loud in the mornings and evenings but it’s a given since it’s so close to the airport. would stay again.

Nice layout of room.

Clean room with key card access to elevators for safety. Fast shuttle from airport. very friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast is great.

Great space for a group of people to still be together but have some space and privacy. Very polite staff great front desk people.
