Over all we had a nice stay.
Pros:

Great local. So close to everything.

Cons:

We were there with a few other families it was not easy trying to get from floor to floor.
Kitchen needed a few more utensils for cooking.

Good location but rooms are grubby.
Pros:

Great location close to the markets.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Rooms are worn and although clean a lot of fixtures broken and they are in quite bad condition.
It's more like a student accommodation than an apartment with the wear and tare to match.
Air con condensation leaks all over the floor and tables.

Pros:

Location was perfect. On tram line, 1 block from Victoria market and right in the city. Hss supermarket around the corner. Spa, pool and sauna.
