Great location, good pool, was good for the price we paid.
Pros:

Great location & fantastic pool/ hot tub.

Cons:

Dining table chairs are awful! Extremly uncomfortable, fingers got jammed between them, metal and heavy. Had an iron but no ironing board. No dust pan to clean up kids mess.

Great location some rooms need updates

Cons:

The room we had the dishwasher was broken, the tv antenna was broken so no tv channels for the kids in the morning before headed out, and the oven was so loud it was shaking

Location great sagging bed sucked
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

One of the legs was broken on the bed so it sagged really bad in the middle
When reception staff was told she said the middle wheel is broken and wasn’t surprised giving the impression she knew and said I’ll ask housekeeping to have a look I doubt housekeeping will fix the bed frame and screw in a new leg
I think the person after me will complain about the same thing and will never be fixed

Booking.com does not look after you, neither the hotel

Cons:

The staff at the front desk was not helpful. Booking booked the room twice and charged me twice for it. I asked the staff for help but they said it was not their problem.

very dirty, plenty of cigarette buts on my balcony upon arrival, room pictures shown when booking was not the same room, little to no privacy with all of the windows (other guests/window cleaning). Staff wasnt very friendly and I felt like i had not much privacy, had to request privacy after housekeeping let themselves in without announcing while i was in the shower - claimed they were there for linen delivery the morning after i had checked in when my room had just been cleaned and stocked- felt uncomfortable. very loud banging sounds all around me that reception did nothing about.

Great receptionist, very efficient and helpful

Great location, close to city centre

Cons:

Our room was disgraceful. The bed was like a soggy banana. The handle on the bathroom basin was missing. The blinds didn’t shut around the door, we had so much light come in the room. The amount of outside noise made it impossible to sleep. The damage from dog urine in the bathroom and on the door jamb was terrible. Worst stay ever!
