We always enjoy our stay here because the staff is always nice and the rooms usually meet our needs.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff was very nice and extremely helpful and the price was great.

Cons:

The room we stayed in, we had to have the bedding changed because they were dirty, the bathroom outlets didn't work, the floor was not vacuumed and there was a light fixture hanging from the ceiling.

Loved this place!
Pros:

Excellent beautiful experience with this hotel! The location is perfect right before you enter in the downtown area. The atmosphere vibe is fun & exciting. The rooms were absolutely perfect. I was concerned about the renovations going on at the same time especially on the 2 floor different 3 rooms that we had reserved; but everything turned out well. The value for the rooms was right where it needed to be perfect size hotel rooms perfect suites for the perfect price! The hotel rooms were extremely clean. The noise level was really good especially for Frankenmuth being such a popular tourist town. The service was perfect. The front desk was extremely helpful from check in process to check out to extra towels needed. The amenities were really helpful; and very good products! Loved it. What a great experience from start to finish & definitely will go back again!

Beyond disappointed.
Pros:

The room itself was beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

Construction being done on the opposite end of the hallway. Drywall dust EVERYWHERE! Including the air, I have asthma and allergies, which were triggered and I sneezed the entire time on my trip.Our room was located across the hall from the room the contractors were coming in & out of all day. Definitely was not worth what we paid to have to deal with it. I was so surprised that would rent rooms in the area. Such a health hazard for the guests. Beyond disappointed!!!

Effortless stay. Highly recommend
Pros:

Great hotel just five minute walk to the Bavarian goodness. Staff was great: friendly and helpful. Let us know there was work happening before we signed agreement but confirmed if there were any issues at all there would move us.

Front desk also said they don't keep coffee makers in the rooms but would deliver one to us if we wanted it. I don't trust in room coffee makers but keeping them with the desk is a great solution.

There were no issues at all.

The room was HUGE and clean. Loved our stay here.

Complimentary breakfast was solid and the coffee was actually great (these places all have these giant coffee machines now and they're the best thing).

Such an effortless stay. Highly recommend.

Great hotel if you need a little slice of Bavaria in MI.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of so many shops and attractions in Frankenmuth. Easy to find, right off the main drag. Staff was all super friendly and helpful, from check-in, to housekeeping, to those running the breakfast stations. We were up for a softball tournament and this spot worked out perfectly. The whole team stayed and the lobby was perfect for us to have team meals together. We planned ahead and did a cookout in the back parking lot and setup the food in the eating area. Worked out so well, especially given we didn't know how we would make it work. To make things even better, they set up breakfast a little early for us 1 morning so the girls could get some hot food before heading to the field. Evenings were filled with the kids swimming in the pool while the parents hung out in the lobby. Hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Would happily stay here again the next time we are up in the area.

Cons:

Honestly, i have zero complaints for this hotel. I can usually find something that needs improving, but things went so smoothly during our stay that i honestly can't think of anything. Book a room here, you won't regret it.

Good place to stay and okish type of breakfast

How convenient it was to all the attractions we were there for. And the pool came in clutch with my daughter!!
