Our day was good. We were happy with our choice.

The beds were very hard and they were more like full-size rather than queen size bed. I wish hotels would make a king queen combo room.

Wonderful and enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast and the location was perfect. It was more than I expected. My mother was a 25-year Holiday Inn reservation agent employee, so I only stay at Holiday Inn Express

Nothing at all. This location was perfect and the staff was so pleasant.

I would go back to Frankenmuth Holiday Express for the location alone and the COFFEE..
Pros:

Location and room Size. We were located in walking distance of shopping, restaurants. Unrelated weather was perfect!!

Cons:

Pool was down and electrical outlet in bathroom
Didn't work.

Won’t go there again. Food was cold for breakfast and the same thing two days in a row.
Pros:

It very noisy. Housekeeping was loud and inconsiderate. Blocked the hallway with carts. When we asked to have our room changed, we were refused as housekeeping would be done for the day in a few minutes.

Vacationing with the room next door.

Was in handicapped room 424. Could hear every word the people said in 422. The lady laughed from 7:00 Am until I finally just got out of bed. They had a phone call and I could hear everything said on speaker. When I complained at the desk, she said she'd have maintenance take a look. Really???? What was that going to do? Was he going to take down and rebuild the adjoining wall? I guess she thought I would be appeased by that insulting answer. It would be better for the staff to place themselves in both rooms when there aren't any guests and just experience it for themselves instead of frowning like I am a stupid person. I think her response made me more mad. We have stayed in that room previously and didn't have the same problem. I assume nobody was in the room. If I wanted to vacation with strangers and hear everything word they say, I would just do that. Obviously it was maddening. This can't be the first time someone complained about the problem.

We always enjoy our stay here because the staff is always nice and the rooms usually meet our needs.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff was very nice and extremely helpful and the price was great.

Cons:

The room we stayed in, we had to have the bedding changed because they were dirty, the bathroom outlets didn't work, the floor was not vacuumed and there was a light fixture hanging from the ceiling.
