Our favourite place to stay in Madinah!
Pros:

We have stayed at many of the hotels at the north side of the Prophet's (as) mosque over the years, but in terms of service, quality, comfort and value for money Dallah Taibah is by far the best, and we always make a point to try to stay here when we visit Madinah.
The staff are super-friendly and they genuinely make an effort to treat their guests as individuals and to make sure that their stay is a pleasant one. The rooms are very clean and a good size and also considerably better value for money than some of the larger and supposedly more prestigious hotels in the neighbourhood.
The location is perfect for families with both the men's and women's entrances to the mosque being very close by. It is not a huge hotel and there are plenty of lifts - which means that there are no long queues as people try to catch their prayers in time.
Although we usually eat outside, when we have dined at the hotel the quality of the food and also the friendliness of the service has generally been very good.
They are also generally quite accommodating with respect to late checkouts. On this particular visit we treated ourselves to an executive floor room (with a private reception, private elevators, larger rooms and mid afternoon treats in the executive lounge) and they let us check out at 4pm and then wait in the lounge between asr and maghrib time so that we could wait in comfort until we took a taxi to the airport.
Having said that, we have always had a good experience here whether in standard, premium or executive rooms - all of them are good value, and for all of the reasons above, Dallah Taibah is our first choice hotel to stay at in Madinah..

Cons:

There are some renovations going on currently but nothing that affected our stay in any way.

Excellent location specially for ladies as very close to ladies entrance of Masjid.

Very good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

I have been waiting for a refund for a booking made through booking.com for last 6 months and despite hotel promising refund, it hasnt been processed by hotel. I like the hotel and have stayed twice since then.
