Good hotel Value for Money
Pros:

We were on umrah and location makes this hotel ideal for those who really want to offer all prayers inside mosque. Their restaurant is also v good

Cons:

Everything is fine because after hajj expecting top notch cleanliness is not good. So nothing to complain

They gave us the worst possible room there, after my stay that i book i had a group reservation, those rooms were better. Dont stay on the 5th floor its a mess

Proximity to the Haram. Most of the staff were respectful and friendly.

Cons:

The shower had hot water the day we arrived. After that we never had hot showers, the water was always lukewarm.
