Gostei muito da equipe do hotel, que sempre se mostrou prestativa e atenciosa. Mesmo quando precisei de ajuda com questões que não estavam diretamente relacionadas ao ambiente do hotel, todos foram bastante solícitos e demonstraram grande disposição para auxiliar. Esse atendimento fez toda a diferença na minha experiência.

Cons:

No Booking o hotel aparece classificado como 3 estrelas, embora eu não saiba se essa avaliação segue os mesmos critérios utilizados no Brasil. Por isso, minhas expectativas em relação ao quarto eram um pouco maiores. O principal ponto de melhoria, na minha opinião, é o isolamento acústico, que deixou a desejar e acabou impactando o conforto da estadia.

La habitacion muy silenciosa. Prácticamente cero ruido de nada. Quería un para quedarme a dormir mientras visitaba lugares en la ciudad durante mi estadia. Asi que cumplió su función. Y me gustó que queda a pasos de la plaza once, ya que viajo relativamente seguido a provincia, asi que me quedó muy comoda la ubicación para tal fin. Ademas muy cerca de las lineas de subte y cerca de los teatros también.
