La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy amable, el departamento muy cómodo y tenía un super mercado cerca.

Cons:

Llegamos en la noche y el departamento estaba limpio pero lleno de moscas, tuvimos que comprar insecticida, el televisor no funcionaba estaba desprogramado y no lo solucionaron en los tres días, Tampoco se pudo usar la secadora de cabello, tampoco funcionaba.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Desde el principio, el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba adecuadamente, y en la sala no había ni aire ni abanico, lo que hacía el ambiente muy incómodo. Hice varios reclamos para que me cambiaran de habitación o al menos repararan el aire, pero no hicieron nada hasta el último día, cuando por fin enviaron a un técnico.

La nevera tampoco funcionaba bien: el congelador no congelaba y la parte de abajo apenas refrigeraba. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: el lugar no estaba completamente limpio y las sábanas solo las cambiaban después de cinco días. Además, la ducha tenía la llave dañada y solo salía agua en forma de goteo.

El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, siempre tenían una excusa para no resolver los problemas y mostraban poca disposición para ayudar. A pesar de haber pagado por el servicio de limpieza, nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación durante mi estadía.

En resumen, todo estuvo mal y no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

10 day at Bavaro Green Hot
Pros:

Near the airport, beach, malls and restaurants

Apartment infested with ants

Offeeing a taxi driver on our arrival to pick us from the airport to realize ww were overcharged. The same driver tried to use the same technique offering to drop-off us at the airport when we were checking out. We politely declined and took an uber instead


Resistance to change bedsheets after one week stay. Changed after a lenght exchange of messages putting the blame on us. I had to send a picture proving that the bed had no sheets. Received bedsheets late at night aftee 9 pm.

Language barrier : Only Spanish.
