Bonjour,
Après notre arrivée, l'hôtesse ne nous remet pas la clé, elle cherche une autre personne pendant une demi-heure et il est impossible de comprendre pourquoi car tout au long du séjour, c'était elle qui avait la responsabilité de la gérer.
Nous possédons une seule carte "clé" pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement et le parking, ainsi que pour obtenir de l'électricité dans l'appartement. L'appartement dégage une odeur désagréable, le réfrigérateur fuit, une grande flaque d'eau dans la cuisine et les meubles de la cuisine ont de porte cassée. Le four électrique ne fonctionne pas, la première douche est à l'eau chaude et la deuxième à l'eau froide. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons réussi à en obtenir 2 jours avant notre départ. La clim ne fonctionne pas tous les jours. On a vu des cafards dans l'appartement. ⚠️ Les employés sont sympathiques, mais l'hôtesse n'est pas du tout agréable, elle ne salue pas, elle n'est pas accueillante.
En ce qui concerne la piscine, tout va bien. Par conséquent, les transats sont moisis et hautement sales. Veillez!
Il est possible que le prix ne soit pas élevé, mais les surprises ne sont certainement pas agréables. 🙅

Lo amplio y cómodo del apartamento, la ubicación, las instalaciones del hotel, casi todo, está en el centro y es fácil para moverse, se respira paz en ese lugar

Cons:

Que al reservar especifiquen bien la forma de pago, la reserva decía que se pagaba en el hotel, llegué y ya se habían cobrado con la tarjeta de crédito que puse como garantía, por ende, ahora debo pagar unos dólares adicionales por la comisión de la tarjeta, en otros hoteles de RD no me pasó eso, he pagado en efectivo
